The rumors are that Halo 3 is coming out this March 2005 with XBOX 2...

Also heard that Halo 2.5 is coming out this Fall 2005 with XBOX 2...Halo 3 will released on 2006...

So what is the truth...

So you're saying Halo 3, the sequel to a game that JUST came out, which hasn't even, as far as i know, even started production yet, is going to be released in less than 3 months, on a system not even close to coming out yet...

bungie said that they are currently working on a new game which will take up all their time

I am sure Halo 3 will be released with Xbox 2 ... but in 2 months? I don't think so.

Eh, Bungie will probably be on the developer list for launch title games on MS' new system, but I doubt they will release a new system in a few months.

Psst, there is no Halo 2.5, unless you count downloadable content as half a game.

While i believe that microsoft would try and tie in the launch of XBOX 2 and Halo 3, there is no way it'll be anytime soon.....

Multiplayer is fun Even though I usually hate X-Box I played at a friends house.

Eh, it's a ton of fun when you're on a huge winning streak. The fun tends to die when you go on a huge losing streak and you watch your stats take a huge kick to the nads. Then you feel the urge to ping the controller off the nearest wall getting strong...
