I was in a foster home as a child. I lived with three people besides my 2 brothers. They where terrible people. They would hurt you if they where in a bad mood, and the funny thing was is that they where The Preacher and The Preachers wife a long with there son. They where definitly what you would call false profits. Any way, one night me a my little brother had gone to bed, me and him slept in one room and the foster parents kid and my older bother slept in a different room. Me and my little brother had wentcou,d not go to sleep so we decided to stay up and joke a little while. While joking and playing we both felt something. So I looked over by the door( which was opened and a little bit of light peeked in; The room was dark.) I saw a figure, it was a black shape of a human on the floor, there was no legs just from stomache and up. And as we stared he came close but very slow. So frighten we threw the covers over our head. waited a while and cried. Then after we looked again and still it was there so we screamed and hollerd. My7 bother heard us and banged on his room wall yelling shut up. And the foster women heard all the racket and came, she saw it, But wasn't frighten, she cut on the lights and said that was just the devil go back to sleep. she left the lights on. after that we went to other foster homes and I seen other gost. I was thought to be crazy at first, but then after everyone new and beleived. I was told to have been born with a blind fold. able to see things that oters can't. But I still wonder what that was a ghost or a demon. what do you think?

I don't really think that the first ghost you saw was the devil. She might have said that merely to frighten you. Who really knows? Can you remember if there was a 'bad' feeling when you saw this shadow? Or were you just scared? Considering the woman wasn't afraid of it, that spirit was probably seen often and it probably wasn't a threat to anyone. How old were you at this time?

Anyway, a demon is an entity that people believe is 'evil.' Most people think that demons can, and will, hurt you if provoked. This is why almost everyone tends to stay away from whatever they think may be a demon. Ghosts, or spirits, are likely someone who has stayed on the Earth for whatever reason after they died. They are usually friendly, or atleast they leave you alone. These are just my opinions though, you can find a lot of different beliefs and theories out there.

when you see it again turn a light on and it should go. you will know when to do this by the bad bad vribes i bet u had. if it is one of the things i see dont go after it or confront it. If it is what i see, i have 3 of them in my parents house i would say their demons but i duno if they are alike yours. if they are they are observing you and they will start again later when they know your weaknesses and the trouble will start.

they find you weaknesses by watching you or at most of the time scaring you but it will be at night when they are most active.

I don't understand, the foster mother's response was too dormant. And a bit humurous, if you saw something like that, would you say it was "The Devil" and do nothing more about it? (Not even switch your older brother to sleep in the bedroom you were in?)

may i respond? you were born with a what? i believe the proper word is "caul" - which is a portion of the sac the fetus is formed in. dogs and cats are born in the sac, which is usually eaten off by the mom dog (gross!). when a human is born with the head thus covered, (also called a "veil"), they are supposed to grow up psychic, usually manifesting in early childhood. in mopre ignorant days, the newborn infant might have been drowned as a witch (thank you, roman catholic church, thank you). in our enlightened times, we might sign the infant up for silva mind control or whichever . what you saw would be more likely to be a spirit of a dead relative, perhaps an ancestor who also had the gift that you need to develop, who was trying to reach you to teach you.

I never heard of that blindfold expression before. I don't think it was a demon or the devil for on I don't believe in the devil or demons for that matter. I do believe that it was a ghost that visited you that day.

When i was at your age i saw a floating lady in white but i did'nt run away.
I got angry instead and go near that floating lady only to find out it was a clothes
on a clothline.
And if i was the preachers wife, i will sneak into your bedroom so the two of you will sleep because you're making noises, but you got scared.
