Simply heres how it works. Somebody posts a prank. The next person clicks on it and then rates it in there post. Then they post a link to a prank. The format is below.

You describe how scared you felt on a scale of 1 - 10 when you watched the prank of the guy above you.
You post a link to a prank website.
