Bear in mind that not everything seen there is "manned." The U.S. military is currently testing UAVs, or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. If a pilot is taken out of the loop, we are restricted by only the survivability of the craft itself at those high Gs.
That being said, I've seen some impressive footage taken near Area 51 of something doing loops and other maneuvers that'd turn a human pilot to jello.

A lot of the most beleiveable UFO footage comes from nevarda too.

Indeed! I have also seen some impressive footage of exactly what you are talking about. likely the same footage. I must admit that I consider that footage to be absolutely authentic(having no proof myself, of course) It is amazing.

As bad as it sounds, I don't see how it would be wrong for them to shoot you if you are trespassing on their property, especially with the countless signs I'm sure are posted.

I agree. Anyone with a normal mind trespassing on well known or posted "off-limits" property automatically gives-up certain rights. This is most true with restricted military sites.
Under those conditions, one does not have the normal protection a common citizen enjoys, because that person has actively decided to ignore the accepted rationality and law which forbids their presence.
If I were an MP guarding a stealth fighter on the tarmac, and some 'Joe-blow' was running towards it, I would raise my weapon, yell for him to stop, and if he did not, I would pump him full of bullets.

Allow me to give a specific example:
Some years ago I was removing a carpet-to-concrete backing from a house basement. Using tools and chemicals all was fine until the chemical vapor travelled to another room through floor vents and caused a flash explosion when the vapors hit a pilot light in another room.
Anyway, the explosion was such that I grabed the women owner(the only one there besides myself) to get out of there and we ran across the street to another house to call 911.
The explosion, being in the basement, was not loud enough for any neighbors to hear.
I burst into the neighbors front door(not locked) with her in tow.
As soon as we burst through the door, I remember seeing 3 startled people(2 adults/1 teenager) sitting on couches. I yelled "We need to call 911"
All went well. But I would say that if I or her would have been shot as we forcefully entered that house, I doubt any charges would have been filed against them.

I have a few questions for everyone. What if a starving man who has been in the desert for quite a few days crossed one of the motion sensors. If they shoot him theyd be killing a helpless man. Wheres the justice in that?
Another thing. If you cross over the line, how are your rights taken away if ur STILL ON US SOIL? If ur on US soil all of ur rights apply. A stupid sign cannot void rights that are written down in the constitution, that are 100% GUARANTEED the day you are born
One last comment. Sure, they would want to keep it secret to stop spies and other countries from stealing our aircraft research, but if thats all they're doing is working on war weapons and aircraft, why kill someone who goes one lousy millimeter over the line? Obviously there is something more to area 51.
Overall i think that area 51 should be declared unconstitutional

i was reading and i saw something about overthrowing the government. Just to give you something to think about, Instead of trying to overthrow the government, just get a tank of ur own and bust into area 51. I mean what can "camo dudes" do about a tank? Sure they might be able to track you, but ur inside a friggin tank. the only thing they can do is get one of their own or try to take u out with an airplane. Or the worst possible action, nuclear weapons, which in turn would destroy area 51 along with yourself. So as a result they would ultimately destroy everything they've been trying to keep secret and realize that theres no point in doing all the research all over again if someone has discovered it.

Umm... Anti Tank weapons... Helicopters... Planes... Area 51 is a military base, and it has an airfield... theres no shortage of weapons there. You wouldnt get anywhere near the heart of the base even in a tank...

what can take out a tank...hmmmm....let me think...only ANTI-TANK MINES!, ANTI-TANK MISSLES!, BOMBS!,RECOILESS RIFLES!BAZOOKA,and ARTILLARY! (just to name a few)... good luck on getting a tank you would have to rob Bill Gates. and if you go in there with a tank you will be killed faster than you can say "OH sh**! I JUST DROVE A TANK INTO AREA 51!!".
getting a tank would be the absolute dumbest thing you could do

LMAO, actually because all of the easy ways to destroy a Tank, the armed forces are thinking about getting rid of tanks within 20 or so years

Kinda silly I'm thinking to be arguing about rights on US soil etc. It seems to me our only rights here in US are "You can do anything that the governement lets you do" and that can be changed at a whim.
On a specific Area 51 note, my father went on several business trips there when he worked int he aerospace field. He said there was no difference between that place and other bases he's been on except for the fact that there were more fences/checkpoints while driving in and someone always walked you to the next meeting - rather like a personal butler/tour guide than a guard though.

Well anyway, the only reason i joined this site is so that i could post those two thoughts. However i didnt see anybody comment about the starving man going over or someone stepping one step over. Sure you guys can easily criticize my other post about using a tank, and i did forget about land mines, but apparently some of u don't kno how to read because i clearly put in there "THE ONLY THING THEY CAN DO IS GET ONE OF THEIR OWN OR TRY TO TAKE U OUT WITH AN AIRPLANE." And obviously the airplane would be armed with anti-tank missiles or somthing like that. And yes, there are limits to our rights, but we should be able to express those rights wherever in the US we want. One last thing, even though you claim ur dad worked there, even if he did, that does not mean he saw the entire contents of the compound. So you don't kno, and maybe even he doesn't know everything that goes on there. But anyway, you guys prove urselves to be losers by actually continuing to argue over Area 51.

no I read that part and replied because that was an understatement, they can take out a tank with lots of s**t. you dont need a damn plane to take out a tank, oh its much easier than that.

that would be cool if mehs were made, like the giant mechs in the last 2 Matrix movies

that would be cool, but it would have to be resistent to all of the stuff that kills tanks

No, we didnt miss that... we simply know that theres more ways of taking out a tank, without using airplanes or other tanks!

It could be loaded with a chain gun and no missiles. Or, some soldiers can just carry AT missiles.

if you tresspass on a base, its right that you have no rights because you could be a SPY! Ive been on a military base with authorisation and at every military/government installation there are signs that say "NO TRESSPASSING!", "IF YOU TRESSPASS YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR RIGHTS",etc... so if you were to tresspass its your damn fault and have nobody to blame but yourself.

it is "natianal security". The govornment put the Japs into Internment camps. Even though they "had rights" it is for "national security" the govornment can override ones rights with the excuse of national security.

Well, of course he didn't see the entire compound. My comment about that was basically aimed at the person who knew someone who was a maintainance worker and had to be blindfolded or whatever. I disremember.
Forums are for discussion and even arguments, not for people to post their opinion and not expect any responses. At least that's the way I figured.
