Well, obviously they didn't do anything wrong. Well, maybe 10:30 just seems extremely early because I live in the city or something? If someone knocked on the door at 10:30, I would think nothing of it except to answer it. Anyway, she WAS an old lady and she did have a panic attack, and maybe she couldn't afford the medical bills.

10.30 at night is a bit late to go around knocking on peoples doors, but the womans response was so over the top.
Wasn't it interesting, she was scared to go to the door in case it was other neighbours she'd tangled with in the past.

Here's a thought: DON'T SELL HOME MADE COOKIES AT 10:30 AT NIGHT! I think I might be wary next time the local Girl Guides come over- of course the only cookies that they sell that taste good enough is the mint cookies. In the article they stated that the girl's didn't knock.
Yeah let's try to sell cookies and NOT knock and tell them who we are! It seems that people really like to sue people these days.

Ruby and some of her friends went out trick or treating last year and they also had an old woman abuse them and then she started to put a curse on them.

And she went and stayed with her sister, and sounds like she has some psych problems/socialization problems and wants to pass her hangups on to the neighborhood's kids. What she needs is a good paper sack on fire filled with dog-poo on her door. And then after she finds out she's safe, and the would-be-robbers/rapists were just delivering cookies... she wouldn't let it go, prosecute the poor girls.
