I too use my empathy all the time to help people w/ their personal problems...u can ask Miss.B.Havin she knows about my abilities...i use my clairvoyance to help people too...i saw a dream of a friend forgetting her lunch and that it was because her mom forgot to pack it...when i got to school i was right and i knew i would be right so i brought an extra lunch for her...sadly no its not the cure to cancer but its a start... but i must ask stellar are ur parents divorced? Oh yeah i can heal people ask Miss.B. Havin I've healed her a few times before, so yea! go me!

And my friend was hiding a secret, which I wouldnt mention as it was quite bad, and I knew about it and told her I knew what it was simply by prying her brain. I told her to go get some help, and she did.
And with auric vision, you can tell when someone is sick or dying. It shows up in the colours of the aura, so thats helpful.

well i like to imagine a divine light from above pouring down into my body. i take a moment to let my body absorb this energy and to heal myself for a moment. Then when i feel i've accumulated enough energy i hold the person's hand and imagine the energy (still pouring into me) going into the other person and healing them at the affected location...oh and just for stellar i healed Miss.B.Havin of her headaches and cramps . anyway you have to keep the energy flowing and you and the healee must be relaxed(try taking in even breaths for counts of five i.e. in for 5 seconds out for five seconds, or progressive relaxation um say to urself my feet are relaxed my legs are relaxed etc)...and try to notice if you feel a tingle in your hand and if ur healee feals a tingle make sure they know to tell u but not so much that u lose concentration...i.e. i was healing my friend Laura's hand because she had jammed her finger really bad and it hurt her really bad, anyway I'm healing her and she starts screaming "WHOAH THAT TINGLES HAHA IT TICKLES!" i lost concentration and had to start over. Oh yeah the color doesn't need to be anything in particular just not black or gray or brown...also if u know the person's element try a color that corresponds to their element and even try to draw energy from their element... water=blue earth=green imagine it coming up through your feet... air=white/yellow fire=red/orange imagine these coming from the air around you...oh yeah always make sure the colors are deep and vibrant! um lets see

Clairvoyance though i can't control...though i can ask for a dream of the future but it might not be of what i want it to be of. Are you even psychic? Anyway not everyone has TK and if they do they probably can't throw cars...maybe pencils or shoes, and no not all teens tap into their abilities so only a small minority of teens would exhibit any abilities and then even less would be those w/ TK. And just because they don't have control doesn't mean it rampages in a wild spastic manner it just means it happens in small spurts that come and go...like when we go through puberty we xcan't control our growth spurts they just come and go and we can't really control it (w/out the aid of medication) okay bye!

I know almost everyones abilities have started to ebb away ( i know mine have) but try...i have been able to sort of reactivate my empathy...just concentrate, the best advice i can give is well move your energy. Move your body, imagine energy rushing through your veins...this may sound weird but i find aly and aj's "rush" to help a lot with this. By moving our energy we strengthen our abilities on a physical level. Try and make it feel like ur invincible like u exist out of time and space. just trust me and try we will eventually need these abilities! Imagine you have wings imagine you hold the moon on ur shoulders anything just keep ur minds working and keep the energy moving! Did everyone get that?okay...ready? set. GO!

But dont u have to be both to truly be a psychic? i mean if u consider every little coincedence a psychic experience than everybody would think they were super psychics. But you must also recognize when ur powers are really at work. like I've said before how many times can a coincedence happen before its no longer considered a coincedence. but yeah you know a major part of psychic development is to question everything...

See, I dont know, I feel like the abilities are getting stronger in some and fading in some people. Some people are getting them spontaneously around me, but I can feel that people are feeling them ebb away, like PsiBear said.

Ive been using presence a lot lately. My friend says that she can feel my presence whenever she comes into a place where Im around. Im trying to expand that, like taking all that energy and just making it circle out from you, so it gets larger.

I did some healing yesterday, I imagined a spiral where the pain was. The spiral of energy would take every bit of pain and suck it into the spiral and turn it into healing. Just a bit of imagery there, I think it works with healing others and self healing.

Just some thoughts.
