It's little Willy!

Kinda creepy... Makes sense too seen as though Christopher Lee, who is playing Willy Wonka's dad is a dentist.

I haven't seen the trailor yet but I'm looking forward to this movie. I don't think it is gonna be a typical Tim Burton fare... I'm sure it will be creepy but judging from pics it is also gonna be pretty bright and colourful (which really, it should be considering its a candy factory) but his last 're-make' (Planet of the Apes) wasn't really Tim Burton esque so those expecting it to be like Edward Scissorhands or something will probably be a bit dissapointed. But like I said, I am sure it will be creepy and cool, just different to what we expect from Burton.

Nice. I feel sorry for young children who dentists as parents.

Because the first one is Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory... this will be Charlie and the Chocolate Factory...

The 'original' is a classic and great film but Tim Butons version promises to be much closer to the book.

There's nothing wrong with re-makes as such. I mean this isn't really a re-make, it's just another persons version of a story.

It's when you get people wanting to re-make original, classic films like Citizen Cane or something, is when you know it's a bad idea...

Oooh yeah. The first time they showd it on TV. I even had to survive 5 minutes of Hillary Duff to watch it, but it was worth it

I can't wait until this movie comes out. I have such high hopes for it. Tim Burton is one of my favorite movie directors and Roald Dahl was one of my favorite authors (it's a tie between him and C.S. Lewis). I ope this one is much more like the book though. The first one didn't really capture the uniqueness and insanity of Wonka. I hope Johnny Depp does a good Wonka. I have heard that Marilyn Manson was Tim's first pick for Wonka but many people said no and he knew the ratings he would have gotten were going to be low if he choose him to be Wonka. Can anyone confirm this?

Christopher Walken was the origonal choice for the role but Tim handed it to Depp at the last minute. Tis an outrage. He be too young to be a Wonka, and his acting abilaties, although fine, aren't really in place for this kind of film.

Johnny Depp does not look cute in this movie he looks creepy, maybe they should of made him look more like Edward Scissorhand then he would look bad ass.
