I was attempting astral projection last night, when i accidentally fell asleep.
OOPS!
anyhoow, upon waking up from a dreamless sleep (which is incredibly rare for me) I felt a huge rush. Getting up i felt spiritually exhausted, as if i had been working on psi for hours on end, and i had a little aftersickness.
Is it possible i projected in my sleep, without even realising it? My meditation was unusually deep at the time.
Anyone got anything to say on this?

I've done stuff like that before. Your mind when your sleeping is much more free and will do what you were trying to when you fell asleep or you will dream about what you were thinking of. Most likely your spirit or body did something your not aware of while you were "sleeping". In my experience, astral projection is easyest when your almost asleep. If you wake up from there tho you will feel a rush wich is you astral body returning. Thats all i got for you.

I believe it is possible. Many say that we astral every night without knowing it.
Perhaps they are right

In Islam we believe your soul leaves your body every night

Stuff Like that could happen, like I know this guy who told me all about it and he told me of the trippy vacations he went on. Astral projection is I think another form of dreaming. Does anyone else when they wake up in the moring get a huge head rush and is temporily blinded even though you know your eyes are open?

I use's to astral project all the time as a child, mind you I had no Idea what it was, thought maybe I was dreaming, as I got older I would realize that I wasn't sleeping at all and that all this weird stuff would happen, like I would feel I was being pulled away from my body and that the more I let it happen and just went with the flow, I would feel like I could breathe, I would feel like I was moving around or my bed was shaking, it was too weird , so one day I asked my younger sister to sit in my room and I was gonna close my eyes and I said just tell me what happens ok, so I laid on the bed closed my eyes, but when I opened then the little Sh#$ left the room, I was courious to know whether I was really floating or not or what was happening, I could make it happen when every I wanted, but it seemed that the older I got the more intense it got and it started to scare me I thought maybe it was something evil trying to take me away, it wasn't until last year when a cousin of mine got me hooked on Sylvia Brown (she is amazing I might add) anyhow I read a few books and came across this one regarding dreams and other topics, as I read the heading about Astral Projecting, it was then that I realized what it was. everything she described was exactly what I felt, now that I know what is all about I cant seem to do it anymore, its happened maybe 3times since last yr or so...could that be because my curiosity about it was met and now that I know what it is I dont let it happen!! weird but I alway try at night but end up falling asleep....

It is very easy to astral project. Most people you read about in books did it by accident usuallly you have to be asleep unless your experienced.

I don't know if this was astral projection, but there have been a couple times that I've awakened in the morning after an exceptionally deep night's sleep with temporary amnesia. Like a minute or so would go by with me having to strain to remember who I am. Kinda makes me wonder who I was while I was sleeping...
Also loads of times when I've been someone else in my dream. Those are kinda fun, actually.
