Lovely cat metaoblivia, welcome to UM.

I've been building a chicken house for Chicky.. And I managed to get her to sleep on this perch I built her yesterday, which was pretty cool. Usually she goes really high in the tree but winter is coming and I wanted to get her to sleep in a better place, so I made her one which I think she likes. I had to stay with her though when it started to get dark, so everytime she stood up to go to the tree, I would tell her to sit back down in a soft voice and to sleep there. And it was like she knew what I was saying so she stayed there, which was great. I feel much happier now knowing she wont be in the tree in winter. Anyway have a suss if you like.. She even gets a garden window seat at the end of her perch(in a hanging pot plant).. which she seems to like.

I got a new dog this weekend!

She's a two year old Papillon, and she's every thing I could ever want in a dog, she's amazing! Smart, affectionate, playful, obedient, goofy, and she worships me. LOL.

Her name is Miss Andi... and I'm thrilled share my home with her!

Here she is with her favorite tennis ball! (oh boy she loves to play fetch with her little miniture tennis ball!)

She's got me tied around her little paw ... She's SO smart, loving, and playful. She's also perfectly behaved! I've had her 4 days now and I haven't had to say "no" to her once! She did find a ball point pen on the floor today, but she grabbed it and brought it right to me and dropped it at my feet! Now, if I can get her to clean the house the same way... oh baby, SCORE! Nah, she's already a score! LOL.

This is my Siamese, Weesing.. don't laugh about the name, I was 5! I thought it was Chinese for China. My poor old lady is 15 but she's going strong!

And this is my little man, Oscar, or as I like to call him "Mommy's Little Monster". He's 3. He's Maine Coon and I'm told he won't be full grown till he's 5.. he already reaches from my feet to my hip! He's a big meathead and he always leaves me "gifts" by my door (moles, mice, snakes, anything he can get his hands on).

Here's my daughters Puppy Rocky, he's almost 1 . We bought him for her birthday last year .(think i posted a pic when he was little ).

Anyway she's planning a huge doggy party for his first birthday apparently However me thinks shes being sneaky as i've seen the invites and she hasnt invited any dogs from the neighbourhood . but nearly every kid in a ten mile radius it seems . bless her .

Ahhh,All these pets are so cute.i love photos of animals,especially cats and dogs. Got four cats myself.If i ever break down and purchase a digital camera,even a cheapie,I''l have to post photos of my foursome:Pumpkin,Bibbette,Sox(short for Socrates) and Snowball.

Well my rooster is getting bigger.. and he's so clever, right now he tells me when its about 5am, and then again at about 5:30 and again at 6:30 etc. He is very thoughtful like that. It's funny also because he wakes up the other rooster a few houses away from my place(where mine wandered from).. and they start crowing at each other. Or just during the day one will start crowing then the other will follow.. so its like they are friends. I also bought him a hen the other week to keep him occupied and to give him a job. They get along pretty good and I get free eggs now which is cool. I might get another one soon so I get more and wont need to buy them. Anyway, here is Jack and his misses..
