That's a stuffed pig, you can see the platform it's standing on, and his nose is covered up. There's also something under his ear. Why would anyone do taxidermy on a pig?
P.S. When my mother was a young girl, she once saw a pig that took up the entire back of a pickup truck. She said it was something one couldn't forget.
