Anyone know anything in news as significant as dead sea scrolls or similar?
Links will be helpful

Do you mean significant Biblically, anthropologically, or how?

I recall that they found ritual bowls and altar implements in a series of cave homes that used to be inhabited by a hebrew tribe...can't really place it right now, I would have to look into it a bit more. The big thing was that these gold implements were engraved with a variety of Christian and Pagan symbols, which indicated a more direct connection between judeo-christian mythology and pagan mythology than previously thought.
I say it on T.V. in passing, so I would have to look it up prior to speculating on anything.

Where are the scrolls right now and do we have them officially translated? I heard so many speculations about them so I don't know what to believe...

Some of them are here in Houston right now. They are touring the U.S. Many have been translated, but not all. The Vatican has first dibs on them, apparently, so heaven only knowns what sort of conspiracy theories this has generated.

Thanks, Aquatus.
Do you know if anything is published on the subject in a peer reviewed journal?
