One day I was at school and my friend Johnny and I began talking about ghosts and spirits.. I personally have never had an encounter with a ghost but this is what he says:
In his house on the second story when he goes into his bedroom, he can say "Hello Mrs. Pheanie" and the lights will go on...When he says goodbye they flicker off... Does anyone know how to explain this?
He''s very scared and wants some answers.

Hi, I would be affraid too. I have experienced a few ghostly things myself. If it's friendly, and it sounds like it might be, then you should tell it you are afraid and ask it to leave you alone.(nicely) Ask it to please leave or please don't make its' presence known to you or him, I mean. I hope things work out.

I'd say try to find out some of the history of the house and maybe he could find out who "Mrs. Pheanie" is. Other than that I'd just go along with what Kimbline said.
Video tape it and post it. Put the came in a far corner across from the light switch and give us a demo.
