i don't kno if my house is really haunted but i ahve seen and heard things in here that scare me. i was asleep and i woke up at midnite because i had heard a noise when i woke up i saw this white figure of a woman walk across my room and stand at my door and put her finger to her mouth as if she were telling me to be wuiet i looked away then looked again and she was gone. then ive heard strange things in my house like when im asleep ill hear voices and ill go investigate but noones here andive felt things like a cold hand or someone standing behind me. i also took a picture of me and my dogs and theres this strange image behind me in the window i dont kno what it is but it has not shown up in any of my other pictures. and my friend was stayin over this summer and me and him both felt someone tickling our feet and i was in the other room and i woke up to go to the kitchen and i saw someone sitting on my couch it was a shadowy figure. so can someone please help and tell me what to do.

Iam not sure wether to belive you or not, but if you're serious there are a few things you could try that I have researched through and may work. First of all I am no expert in this stuff but I believe in ghosts because I have also experienced a haunting. From what I have read about information on Paranormal Investigators, they say that ghosts are here for a few reasons. I know that 2 of these reasons include that the spirit itself may not know it is dead, may have feel it has some unfinished business, or may feel an obigation to watchover and take care of a certain person or place. These spirits are so called "Lost Souls" that have no rest or peace and somehow didn't cross to the other side or didn't want to cross over to the other side. We sometimes get caught in between.

So some solutions from paranormal investigators say that you can try to convince the Ghost or Spirit that it has died and needs to move on. They say you can do this by telling it straightforward aloud or you can try to demand it to go away and say that it is dead and needs to move on and go to the light.

Another solution stated is that the ghost may feel that it has some unfinished business, which in this case may require to to do some investigative work and find out the history of the location of the haunting and who died there. IN this case you may have to try to help it accomplish its unfinished business in order for it to move on.

If this doesn't work you can as a last resort bring a priest to bless your house and try rid of the spirit. Or you can do what my family did in our haunting and move to another location. Remember, whatever you do dent try to contact the spirit through a seance (Ouija Board) because from what I've heard, sprits are not the only things that you may be communicating with, but Ouija Boards may also bring forth a vortex of other things may come forth.
