Dude,it's the exact same thing,they just changed the order of the 2 names,they are called ligers,not tigons,but are the same creature.

Maybe its just a real, deformed piglet.
It could be fake, a toy, or something created for the fun of it. Though obviously it is possible in the genetic mutations to create a creatures face like this. The body resembles one of a pigs, and it looks just like it.
