This has nothing to do with cryptozoology though. It was a poor animal born with a deformity just like some humans are. It's sad.

Reason for asking - I grew up on a small farm. I've long suspected that modern factory farms and the methods, can basically lead to unhealthy animals.

I can't see why it wouldn't be real, pigglets are born with deformities quite regularly my husband has some very poorly taken blury photos of at least two seperate cycloptic piglets. Goulish yes, but not mine.

Staying on topic...yes I've seen lots of pig deformaties so I'm not going to jump the gun and say it's fake, though of course this is a possibility.

well when i look at these photos...

sometimes i see a deformed piglet....

then other times it looks to me like an altered image of a piglet...

On the thumbnail it looked fake, but looking at the full images i'd say that's got to be real real...

It's too naturally deformed looking to be a good photoshop jobby and it's too real looking to be a bad one.

I can't imagine it would taste much different from a regular pig. It isn't like their heads are eaten that often anyway.

From what I learned, it is genetically impossible to breed two different species together. It just wouldn't match up.
