Britney Spears - probably the best example of whats wrong with music and the industry today...marketing to the extreme. With lack of a better word...she's whored herself for millions of dollars.

Peter Cetera - as my mum said, "he was lame even when I was a kid"...for those unaware, he's the guy who sang that Karate Kid song "Glory of Love".

Christina Aguilera - is there a nastier woman on this planet? Oh, Paris Hilton...my bad. See also Britney Spears.

Blink 182 - I just don't like them, or their music. Many others feel the same, hence, they've been added.

Bjork - a desperate attempt by the music industry to find new and original blood: raid a mental asylum and get some mental defectives to sing a few songs. For those that don't know...she went on to become Marilyn Manson.

Ashlee Simpson - the name alone sends chills down your spines doesn't it? She's worse than Britney.

Eminem - I don't know whats more pathetic...his attention seeking lyrics or the fact that he thinks he's black.

Backstreet Boys - watch "Quit playing games with my heart" and you'll want to take a sawn-off double-barrel shotgun and blow your own brains out.

Hoobastank - "Reason"...I don't know whats whinier...this song or a Lambrusco white.

Blue - another boy band, UK I believe...the lyrics say it all..."if loving you with all my heart's a crime...then I'm guilty." Anyone other than twelve year old girls find this irresistable?

Spears: The new age meaning of sellout. Her fans? Slutty 12-14 year olds who think they own all they touch, including 13 year old boys just hitting puberty.

Peter Cetera: Never heard of him, thus I cannot bash him.

Aguilera: "(wanna-be )Badass" sell out slut. They only thing making her better than Spears is her ability to sing. Fans? Horny men, other "badasses".

Blink 182: Crap on a stick, wait, make that burning crap on a stick. Once again, wanna-be "badasses" who think running around in the nude is the best way to get attention. Try learning to sing, it should help. Fans? 10-14 year old boys who think thay Blink 182 is the "badass..est" band this side of Orange County.

Bjork: Talent gone to waste. She lost it when she went bald. Enough said. Fans? People who like to hear really high-pictched howling with a beat. Somehow it works, don't ask me.

Ashlee Simpson: Living proof that people who sing like a cat being strangled can be famous. Fans? Same as Spears. "Come on, girls, who cares if you can't sing! Being a slut is all you need anymore!"

Eminem: "Will the real Slim Shady please just die, please just die!" Here we have the modern proof of the damned fate our youth have tumbled into. "Hey, I ain't white, I'm a gangsta!" You "ain't" no more "gangsta" than the dead dog on the side of the road. Fans? 12-17 year old white "boyz" who think that acting black, or "gangsta" is better than being white, being themselves. Worst of the modern steriotypes.

Backstreet Boys: You know, there's one thing I admire about them. The fact they didn't try to be something they were not. I like that in a band. But, their music sucked. Listen to the sound a mouse makes while being sucked up into a vaccum, it's a lot more entertaining. Fans? Girls. Girls of all ages. A lot like Spears' fans, but without the slutty part.

Hoobastank: Hoobastank STANKS! I mean, they have the worst hit single I've ever heard. I can't word it any better than Manfred already has. Fans? People who think they are "hardcore" because they think Hoobastank is "rock" music. It's not. It's a bunch of whiney brats who are singing like they just got their first spanking of their life.

Blue: Sorry. Again I don't know who they are, thus no bashing.

I picked Eminem, because his career started to go down hill as soon as he became rich and started to become the next Dre. His lyrics became a bomb and exploded crap everywhere.

And I find that Christina is the only one on there with talent, her only problem is she was marketed the same time as Brittney, and Brittney became a slut because she wanted to be better than Christina, and Christina became a slut because Brittney did, and it was a chain reaction by their fans and they are hardly heard of now.

I found it physically impossible to choose, so I decided not to vote until I deliberate it further. Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Ashlee Simpson, etc.- they're all pretty much the same thing. I doubt if they're even supposed to be taken seriously, so it's hard to get that upset about their lack of talent. These are just my opinions, now, so don't hate me for any of this. Hoobastank- too whiny. Blink 182- okay at first I guess, but they overstayed their welcome and became whiny as a means of conforming. Bjork- she's not my kind of music, but I've got nothing against her personally. Eminem- he was a fun novelty at first, but now it's just old. Plus me and rap of any sort never got along well to begin with. Backstreet Boys- goes without saying, I think. The others I'm not familiar with, so I'll leave them be out of fairness. In the end my vote should probably go to Ashlee Simpson since she's just playing off of her sister's unearned popularity. Shame, shame, lip-sync girl.

I kinda like Blink 182 and Hoobastank. I only like Blink 182's earlier stuff, and I hate The Reason by Hoobastank, but some of their other stuff is pretty good (and I saw them with another band at a concert and they're hilarious to watch).

I don't really think they're badasses even though they thing they are. I just like some of their stuff. Meh, to each their own, works better that way, not as many arguments.
