Yeah, I'm looking at the comments before I start watching Bleach again, it's all filler recently. But I guess it's letting the Manga catch up to it.

Okay, my views on the animes mentioned
Deathnote – fantastic, a must see
Please! Teacher – very funny, one to watch
Bleach – the first 70 odd seasons are absolutely fantastic, but then the filler is poor, then it gets good again when the Arancar appear, then the bopring fillers start again
Naruto – fantastic up until episode 125
Shuffle – okay… but becomes terribly angst by the end
Fate/Stay night – good, but felt rushed at the end
Air Gear – bought, but never watched
Air Master – funny, very funny, one to see
Avatar – I’ve seen 5 episodes and loved them, I would like to see more, but I’m not willing to buy the DVDs at their current price.
ah! my goddess – classic, everyone must watch the OVA, the movie, the Series, and the series 2.
DNangel – I thought it was pretty average actually
Blood + - average
Code Geass – very good, annoying cliff-hanger though
Full Metal Panic – fantastic, everyone must watch
Cowboy Bebop – very good, one to watch
Ghost in the Shell SAC – joy-gasmic
Neon Genesis Evangelion – angsty as hell, but a classic
Fullmetal Alchemist – I thought this was boring honestly
Vision of Escaflowne TV – yep, a must see
Gunbuster – never saw it, but the OVA sequel is fantastic
Haibane Renmei – not a must see, but very good
Kino's Journey – words cannot express how much I hated this
Last Exile – modern classic
Giant Robo – THIS IS POSSIBLY ONE OF THE GREATEST ANIMES OF ALL TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Red-eye Dragoon

Chromite High School
Giant Robo

Full metal panics - all of them
cowboy bebop
Last exile
Evangelion
Tenchi Muyo
Utena
Zone of the Enders

fruits basket
Escaflowne

Read or Dream
rurouni kenshin
Mai Hime
Mai Otome
Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha (all three seasons)

Dai Guard

Yeah its good all the way to the end, but the ending did seem rushed however I never read the manga but people said it is faithful page to page with little differences until the near/mello arc and the ending. The manga reader I know did not like the ending to Death Note because some parts and emotions were left out or changed.
I thought the ending was o.k. but the end does have this I knew what you were going to do, then the other person is like i knew you knew I knew what i was going to do, then the other guy is like i knew you knew you knew i knew that you knew what i was going to do vibe.

I should probably go back and buy the rest, maybe it got better again, but I feared it would be like Excel Saga, that was fantastic for the furst half and then just lost the plot.

No, it isn't out yet, last one out was last weeks 19. I was just watching Zone of the Enders again, and as I finished it moved onto a helping of Tenjou Tenge (an okay fighting anime, fantastic animation, but average plot) when I thought 'God I wanna see more Claymore' and just had to come online and state that.

There is no ep 26, 25 was the season cliff hanger. Season 1 was so popular they have decided to go ahead an make a season 2. So we have to wait until next year for the conclusion I'm afraid. It was originally going to end after one season, but because of the high ratings they stopped making them at episode 23 and went and redid the end so it left it open for a sequal, hence eps 24-25 that we got after 3 months delay are rewrites of the original ending that don't finish it as they were originally going too.

This episode some what did not translate the manga to well. Lion king is very powerful in speed and strength in the Manga none of the weaker warriors could keep up with his speed. They were not standing there he was just to fast for them to react. In fact that part when Undine blocks his attack did not even happen in the manga she did not block it and got cut down quickly, and Jean didn't have time to do her special move considering it takes a couple of minutes to make 21 twist on her arm she got gutted while she tried to defend against his attacks.
Edit
Raki also did not find out Priscilla was an awakened being either, as of now Raki in the manga doesn't even know Priscilla is an awakened one.

Its incase nobody has watched the epsiode yet, and doesn't know half the main claymores are now dead. Just since most of the people are watching the show, it would be a shame to spoil it for them. It'll be a little redundant soon, I assume most of us watch the claymore eps within a few days of its release
Also, it would be pretty funny if we made an entire page of spoilers
Super Pancake
Aug 24 2007, 03:44 PM
Your mistaken Talon none of the main claymore Characters are dead only Veronica, Jean, and Undine are dead, we all just met these characters in the last 3 episodes (except for jean who we met in episode 15 i think. Unless you meant half the team captains then yes they are dead. Too bad really i wish we could of seen more of Undine in action
GreyWeather
Aug 24 2007, 04:01 PM
I liked the episode, the reason they all stood there is because Silver-lion-king was too fast. Also he was targetting the team captains who hate to have help.
Clare also needs to get stonger, I mean... She has Teresa in her!
Beast of Blood
Aug 24 2007, 04:33 PM
Undine dying was so anti-climatic, after getting some of the much needed attention, as did Flora, they were just killed off without any emotion or anything, and Jean dying... I was hoping that would push Clare to the edge in next episode so she could possibly partially awaken to be on par with Rigardo, and some of the other Claymores were just throw away characters, like Veronica...
However, I can see why Raki never attacked Priscilla either, even though she's pretty much eating someone and crying out for her dead family which draws parallels for Raki.
They better show Isley's awakened form before the series run ends, or I'll cry.

They did make it known the success of the mission was virtually zero and they would have to find a way to survive! Note survive not win the battle but survive the battle so don't be surprised when more Claymores die and only a handful survive we can guess of course Clare, will survive. I read the manga so i already know who survives, but read the mangas if you can they are good and there is two special issues of claymore that might not get turned into animes Claymore ES 1, 2 and 3 is rumored to be coming out soon. Until they resume the manga from where they left off in November

Agreed its like the whole build up of the plot and minor plots from episode 8 to episode 18 was for no reason after the series ends there is going to be not little plot holes here and there there is going to gaping plot holes.
It does appears there is going to be a showdown though they already exposed Priscilla to Raki as an awakened being which did not happen in the manga and Isley already said they are heading to Pieta. So the show is already messed up and going in that direction to a fight with Clare and Priscilla.
Im going to take it off my recommendation list Claymore is going to be one of those anime not worth watching because the manga is far superior.
I hope I'm wrong and they follow the manga and its just Madhouse Studios not wanting to do another season and another studio picks it up .

That won't be likely until... 2010 v.v;
Reason being, they only release a manga every month, they began in 2001 so those 6 years of (6x12 = ) 72 mangas have been squashed into 26 episodes.
