Because there are so many different people living in this world and they are living in different environment.

Different country people learn different languages.They may be master one language then the other country people.

So even if they meet.They can't even know who is better if he or she learn their languages.

Some people learn other things faster then the other person but when come to certain other things he or so may learn slower.

So in my conclusion,no one really know who's IQ or intelligence is highest is this world.

IQ testing is outdated nonsense. It varies continuously...it can't even give you a rough idea of how smart you are let alone give an accurate number. The whole idea is as silly as bumpology.

Therefore, we can't ever REALLY know who is smarter than whom because there are different kinds of smart.

nope, dont agree. are you talking about intelligence or which kind of people are smarter in general? I would say look to the countries which show the most economic, social, military growth over recorded history. Egyptians at one time were smarter then others, as so was the Romans, Germans, Chinese, Greek, British and many others. So in our current time period, I would say look to see who is the most influentual Nations right now. And what race of people run those nations. not to be prejudice againt another "color" or "race" but some countries fix problems and some countries start problems.
the communication gap with not understanding different languages is closed thanks to technology and greed. tech meaning computers and greed meaning money or goods to be sold or bought. Everyone wants a few material things, some want more...... but my point is that we are all basically the same when it comes to IQ per capita. Some are smarter, logic, emotion, right/wrong theory. and some are not, DUI, thievery, infidelity.....so on and so forth. you might even throw murphy's law into the mix or the theory only the strong survive. which i take as using brain power as well as physical strenghts to accomplish what you or a group of people want to happen. good or evil, IQ doesnt differentiate.
if you can make it through life without hurting or negatively influencing your fellow human and you follow a moral code of ethics, well then I would have to say that would be a very smart person. but of course lawyers wont agree with me.

Well, to be truthful, I am the smartest person in the world.

What exactly is that supposed to mean? Intelligence doesnt depend on your country.. it depends on the individual, their willingness to learn, and their up-bringing.

Theres plenty of woman in the world who are much smarter than men..and i know of a few people on here who even think that all woman are smarter than men. But once again, it depends on the individual, not their gender or their country.

intelligence is hard to measure as there are different kinds of intelligence. for a person to exceed within an area or become the best scientist or whatever, he doesnt have to be smarter, just motivated and enthousiastic about it.

IQ shows alot about a persons intelligence, it has its kinks and down-points, but overall it is the best intelligence judging system we have. Do you have a better intelligence judgine system?
