Hi all

Some might have seen this photo before, its of a supposed "reptilian aliens head" caught in South America, where the locals killed it and ripped it apart. Some say it is the Chupacabra, or the goat sucker. What are others opinions on this? do you think its a fake or real? and if you think its real, what do you think it could be.

Yeah, I think this was posted before except in the crypto thread relating it to a chupacabra. I think some people said it was just a movie prop, which I'd prolly go with.

Actually, Faeden, it was first touted as the head of a 'chupacabra' along with a supporting story. It is actually a hoax, the head was a special effects prop used for a photo shoot. The story can be found;

I believe it's a seal head.

Keep in mind that the chupacabra is supposed to have a blood sucking straw-like tongue that it feeds with, it would have no need for large canine teeth.

Yep, it's a movie prop.

Been posted before, and debunked many many times.

It's a prop in a movie.

i'd say it's a movie prop. even though i'd want it to be real!

This decapitated "head" was beleived to be the chupacabras head at one point. It was then proved a hoax and someone else suspected and spread rumor that it was an aliens head.

The head is fake - hoax. (Movie)

rofl.gif Although very bad, I quite enjoyed Resident Evil 2!....Bubble-gum for the eyes all the way.The way she made that dude have a nose bleed at the end was ill.

I've met the guy who makes these props, out of latex,plastic and Photoshop.
I'de love to see the Chupa's head on a stick! I believe in the Chupa,but not in these photos.
Magikman
No, it was a prop designed specifically for a photo shoot, not a movie. As all the relevant information is included in the link provided above, there's really no reason to leave this open.
