I just wanna share what i've learned on my experiments.
If you have a video camcorder and your're planning to buy a webcam then
there's no need to buy a webcam.
It's better on buying a capture card, the price of this is falling to lower than US$50
while here in Australia, it's around A$70 bucks.
It's easy to install capture card so you don't have to worry about it.
Just open your hardware and place the card on the slot, that's it.
If you use your camcorder as your webcam, you can trick your friends by playing
a recorded scene on video tape. I have done this and it worked.
I played a one hour video on my camcorder that acts as a webcam.
Now, you don't have a poor quality webcam !

Note: Make sure the specification match your pc.

If you time the recording right you can point and shout watch out and then be standing behind them with a carving knife a hockey mask, nice.

And they would never expect it tp be you.devil.gif
I'm guessing it could also be used as a false alibi.

Well, i have relatives overseas and i run my video so they could see us on their webcam. Instead of trying to adjust your position just to see you on the webcam,
this is the best way of showing you and the surrounding you have and where you've been.

Or if you can buy a combination of TV/Video capture card, that is more wonderful as you could watch tv programs and copy images in there or burn the show if you have a fast computer.
