No, in the traditional sense, I don't think so. There is an entire subculture completely dedicated to vampirism, and it is very interesting, you might want to try googling it.

I don't believe it as in the Buffy, Angel sense.
I do believe that there are evil things out there not just in the spirit form either. Think of some of the murderers and their crimes.

Some peoples can act like vampires, is this making them vampires? In a certain way I would say yes, I saw some really stranges peoples in my life. But it won't give them any super powers or other things like that.

I think their is supernatural things somewhere outside, but surely not waiting for us. We call them supernatural because we don't have discovered them yet. When such a thing will happen, they will become normal living being. The best way to kill a legend is to prove it true.

Yeah, nothing like hearing of all these different groups getting together just so they can sample what different peoples blood tastes like. I don't really believe in the true definition of a vampire, but I do believe that there are a lot of creepy people out there.

Not the Buffy vampires, as everyone says. I think that there are many un-explained things out there, possibly even vampires! But if there are, they aren't wandering the streets at night looking for victims. I think people would notcie more, don't you? Diapperances, with the bodies found with tooth marks or whatever. If I am honest I think this is a nonsense thread, There are groups of crazies that think they are Vampires however their is also a document I saw from the FBI where they were worried about the amoount of Vampires roaming the streets of Amerca's cities... not sure if that has ever been discussed or proven fake. In my opininon No I think this is sheer and utter nonsense.

The question which I obviously should have stated more clearly was, is there ANY creatures out there? not just vampires, anything at all. I'm guessing you mean something more along the lines of "legend" creatures. Such as a lot of the tiles of threads indicate here. But, if you mean just creatures in general, of course there are. Back years ago scientists were convinced that nothing could live at the very depths of the ocean bed.. yet, look at what has been found. New species are found quite often as well that are terrestrial. Whether it be insects, mammals or whatnot, "creatures" are found all the time.

Yes without doubt there must be other life out there or we would be pretty arrogant to think otherwise.. but that is not what this thread is about...

There are diseases that actually cause people to beleive they're vampires.

Pretend-Vampires are a rage that really upsets me. My friend used to say she had a fetish for blood all the time, so one day in biology I cut myself by mistake (damn those old bunsen burners ) and it was really bleeding. She looked really scared/upset, and I said 'That is why you don't have a fetish for blood'.
