Everyone knows if you add the word 'Haunted' to any item, it'll sell for three times as much.
Praying on the gullibility of fools.

Well, since nobody's said it yet... I think every NES was haunted. I mean, the thing made you jump through hoops and go through various rituals to get it to work right. It was tempermental and would screw up all the time, and when it didn't work right, it made some of the wierdest sounds.

wow thats almost as awsome as that magic soup bowl that could read messages in letter soup... it got sold for almost $7.000 USD w00t.gif

Reminds me of the Jesus in the grilled cheese and the ghost in a jar some people were selling on E-bay.

There was also a "hot pocket satan" which I thought was hilarious. People need to stop buying these "haunted" items.

Some poor schmuck put in a $225 bid on that piece of crap.

Hmm.

I should sell my old, damaged hard drive on ebay. It refuses to come anywhere close to working, instead opting to show a blank screen and beep a few times. I could go with some sort of pandoras box theme, or something.

Excellent...

This is a hilarious story, but fortuneatly I know its fake. Other than common sense, I've got good evidence. What is that?

Mid-way through his little story he said he sold the controllers on E-Bay that came with the NES, thinking that they might be causing the problem with the unexplainable errors and happening. Again, he said he sold them.

At the bottom of the story it shows two photos and tells you what comes in the package. Whats included? The two ORIGINAL controllers. I thought thoese were sold on E-Bay...? This guy made a good attempt, too bad he didn't notice that he said the two original ones were included. I can pick out things like that.

Actually he said he tried different controllers which he sold on Ebay.. He never said the original ones were sold original.gif

Will be interesting to see how much it goes for original.gif

A haunted games console, i dont think so, maybe a game, but unless the console was used in a murder or something i doubt it
