Neo2005
My favorite band is Billy Talent
I think they're really awesome and their songs are really fun to play on the drums
Shakezulah
my fav band right now is HED pe. awsome combination of rap, metal, and punk ( the punk is at least on their new album anyways). saw them live. they kicked ass! the pits were raging. every one of their songs is fantastic. some brutaly heavy and some well layered rock songs, while a few slow down the pace to calm you down from the other heavier and faster songs.
Monkyburd
Just one word;

Tillghast
Slipknot!
Samuri Scearious
The Rolling Stones.
Walken
Fountains of Wayne all the way
TheCrow
Killers
The Krow
I've got so many favorite bands...its hard to chose one to be the favorite...I'd have to say either Seether or Submersed...or Shinedown
Walken
Killers be overated, says Walken

Right now, I can't stop listening to My Chemical Romance. I Love their songs!

Lately, I've been listening to a lot of the blues and VERY classical rock and roll, like Jimi Hendrix, BB King and Chuck Berry...

I listened to heavy metal and classical rock like Led Zeppelin for the longest time, and now, ive realized how great the blues are.

There's NOTHING wrong with Brit Pop.

I'm going to say Radiohead, with Manic Street Preachers a close second right now.

My fiance would agree with TheOriginalF, tho, Sonic Youth.
Ruby
Hmm i would have to say Green day thumbsup.gif

OlDrippy34
I've just been lately getting into Static-X and finding out how truly great they are...as far as favorites, though...probably Dream Theater, Iced Earth, Iron Maiden...not necessarily in that order, but damn they can play...
Neo2005
Billy Talent is aweosme when they came to winnipeg they played at the burton cummings theater(Walker theater) and i was working that night.
I got to meet them and get an autographed T-sh**.
MonkeyMan

smallpackage
I don't know. I like a lot of bands. And mostly just a few songs from the band. But I'd have to say Fleetwood Mac or Jimi Hendrix. Just about everything they produced was good.

I just became addicted to The Who, and I always loved Aerosmith.
Elvis
I'm a bit of Van Halen freak (hair metal, you shall not be forgotten!! laugh.gif ). Or should I say freak... hmm.gif tongue.gif

As for current bands, QOTSA are probably my favourite at the mo. I need to get their new album Lullabies to Paralyze so badly...
_Nyx_
Bowling For Soup "1985".....gotta love it
Shakezulah
i have to put DKL(Dry Kill Logic) on my fav bands list now. i picked up their first album and i love it sooo much. they have such heavy and punishing riffs that make you wanna beat the crap outta someone. i would love to see them in concert. they would blow up the mosh pit. their first cd, i think, is better than their 2nd, although their second is also very good.
Raistlin Majere
Top 5 in order:

Disturbed
In Extremo
Metallica
Theatre of Tragedy
The Offspring
Walken
FOUNTAINS OF WAYNE (SEE BLOG)
~TheBigK~
Metallica's my fave. Other than them Green Days older stuff, The Misfits, Blink 182, The Ramones, Flogging Molly. I have FOW Welcome Interstate Managers, but before I got that I'd been trying to find Utopia Parkway for a looong time but nowhere in town has it, or their 1st album for that matter. It saddens me.
ABOTU
Eh, Audioslave and Greenday!
