WHAT IF HEAVEN HAS THE QUALITIES OF HELL? OR VICE-VERSA? WHERE WOULD YOU WANT TO GO?

This comes from a misunderstanding, through lack of knowledge of both Heaven and hell. Hell is a place a punishment, not just fire. No one would want to be in hell.

That's like asking if you'd rather be free of in prison. The other name for hell is the 'prisonhouse'.
