Since when we die we go to "Heaven" then where are these new "Souls" come from?

Are these new born babies "Souls" come from other planets as when we die we go the "Heaven"

So where all these new "Souls" come from.Are they from "Hell"or other animals like fishes,ants,insect etc.?

Well, I guess souls are 'born'. If you belive in souls, (Like myself) then I guess you'd think this. But I don't know!
