I'm with MM on this . I can't see terribly many people volenteering to take this thing on a test run.

i woulnt have thought it were possible.
'1500 miles to 1/2 (HALF) a gallon of gas' somehow, i dont think so
'When the plane hits the water, it instantly breaks apart, killing all twelve pilots aboard, and the water will instantly start destroying all the equipment.' so only flying on clear days.
'The "WING" has the ability to leave Earth's atmospheres and cruise at a couple thousand miles outside our atmosphere.'- what is it supposed to be a plane or a space shuttle.
'The "WING" is approximately five to six times the wingspan of a B-52 bomber. It is a huge plane equipped with living quarters, kitchen, exercise area, cockpit, computer room, darkroom and more.' - thats a mighty big 'un
im a bit skeptical about this

With all the debris floating around from all the satellites, nuts, bolts and whatever crud I don't think this thing would last more than 5 minutes in orbit.
Also considering it's homebase is located in the heart of the country, it would mean a lot more sightings of this plane.

About a year ago a friend of mine travelled from Ohio to Missouri, and on the way he saw an aircraft with such similar characteristics that I just have to post.
He said that this thing practically appeared in the sky and looked like something out of Star Wars, emcompassing the sky. With an eerie silence it hovered over him and a few others on a state highway early in the morning (don't leave it to me to remember which highway). He said that everyone stopped their vehicles, watched this thing hover, and then it was gone. Just gone. He said he blinked, thinking that he had been keeping his eyes open too long or something.
What would it be so hard to believe that an aircraft could disintergrate when it hits a body of water? They didn't say that it melted with the rain, they said it would destroy all remains once it hit a body of water, basically. Do you imagine that we have a satellite operated bomb that would go off when particular perimeters were set for it to go? Our technology isn't so far behind that it can't tell the difference between total immersion (x's speed even) and rain.
The reason I question this is because of a personal friends' testimony and due to the fact that the hydrogen/oxygen fuel cell engine was first invented/discovered in 1807. Do you really think it's taken us 200 years to perfect this type of engine? Ford is still trying to perfect this type of engine and press releases state that they 'should' have a perfected model by the year 2005.
Gimme a break... they're just buying time until they figure out how they're going to iniatiate mass profits from it.
