Hey everyone, new to this forum but a long time forum user. Tried searching but the amount of responses back was mind boggling, so im hoping someone can help me out. Several years ago my grandmother went to ireland. She visited i believe a castle in which there is an area in which bloodstains appear on the hardwood floor, concrete, or carpet, whichever is there. for the life of me i cant remember where it was, save it was in ireland... not much to go on, im gonna try to get in touch w/ her tomorrow and get a name for u guys to go from.... till then any links, or even general ideas would be great.

Loftus Hall in Wexford ?
The story is the Devil played cards there.....someone dropped a card ,bent down to pick it up...saw the hooves said hey you're the devil...the devil shot through the roof,everytime the hole was repaired it appeared again......sound familiar.
I pass it everyday....used to be a hotel but nothing ever works out there....it's closed up now.It's one spooky place....any good to you ?

could be, anything is good right now, totally in the dark till i can get ahold of my grandma. i dont think its a hole tho, i recall acual blood stains, or something that looks like blood stains in the pictures she took, was some stop on a senior citizens tour of ireland thing. for the life of me i cant find anything relavent in web searches
cant wait to visit one day, see all the haunted castles, chapels, halls, etc. entire dad's side is from dublin

that might be it acually, looks familiar. she may have gotten the story wrong (not to be mean but she is 85), and the spot on the floor was weather damage? do they put something over the hole in the celing to prevent damage to the floor?
The story goes that every time they try to patch the roof ,it leaks again and the hole reappears after time........yes the last time i was there there was a stain that could not be removed......caused by a leaking roof !!!!
