I recently got a Gmail account and I really like it so far. I can store and file tons of things in it. The personal features are great to. Just wanted to here some feedback from other users.

I like it too. I have an account on hotmail and yahoo and now I forward everything to Gmail. I agree with Kratos, the personal features are great.

Got an account dont use it. Has the worst privacy policy of almost any email provider, don't keep personal or sensetive stuff in it...

The only problem with Gmail is I can't send any ZIP or RAR files...

Is it just me or the gmail weird..

gmail is great! i have been useing it for a loooong time now i have like 65 invites(not that any one wants em any more)

It scans through all of your emails, and Im pretty sure it has some from of Spyware on it.

I can send ZIPs without a problem, havnt tried a RAR yet though.

Gmail is great.

I've gotten no spyware from gmail. I've been using it as my main email for months now.

It is a proven fact that they scan all emails in "GMAIL" and present adds based on key words they find. Also know that they report any "BAD" key words to the feds-seriouly.

Gmail's spam filter is second to none. I virtually never get spam these days.

As for scanning your messages- don't kid yourself. All emails from every account are scanned by the feds.

All in all, you can't go wrong with 2GB free storage.

I know, the spam filter is beautiful!

As for scanning messages thats a given, didn't you read: "digital fortress"

I have set up another gmail account just to see if I can even hit 2 GB of email... its hard.

Yeah, its not totally open to the public. You need an invite from either Gmail or a member of Gmail. So... If anybody desires a gmail invite just pm me, I'm willing to use some of mine up.
