I was meaning to tell you that I watched "King of New York" on your recommendation. That was a different role for Larry Fishburne, undoubtedly. It was violence over substance for the most part, but Christopher Walken's rhythmically challenged dancing was hysterical.

Thanks for that, you are quite right. Considerably a different Fishburne role, even Eddy Murphy was a different type character than what we are used to... certainly different roles, all of which really, served Frank White. I love that character, I can do a great impression of him, not to say i agree with what he does, but it's real. Theres a concrete moral in that movie, everyone has a role in life, in the city, innercity, they all go hand in hand. Good and bad, they all serve the system and are corrupt. (I don't serve no system blunt) The corruption and killing is vivid for sure, but it's the truth, the gangs and politricks need eachthother, it's even like that in the town i live in just to a lesser degree. Not getting too deep into that, depsite it's negativity, it's a quality picture in my eyes.
