first of all hello everyone im new here but been reading it a while.

ok sadly a month ago my best freind commited suicide. we were like brothers
and i miss him greatly.
now i need to know if im cracking up we know the time roughly he died it was around 3am now ever since about a week after it happend i find myself
waking up for no apparent reason around 3am.
my freind was called dean and his name keeps popping up everywhere
twice while i have been playing scrabble the first 4 letters i have pulled out of the bag have been d,e,a,n.
now im renowned to my freinds and family as been level headed and not prone to flights of fancy but this is freaking me out.
could this be some sort of haunting? or is it just the fact im stressed about it
manifesting itself in this way?.
any comments will be welcomed

I've had things like that, except for me it was me and my friend Scott waking up at 3:11, I think it lasted for a year....

did your friend die suddenly and were you waking up at about the time of his death?.
do you think he was trying to contact you in some way or was it a (for want of a better phrase)all in your mind?.
im sorry for being a nosey sh** but like i said in just trying to figure this out.

No, we are both still living, but we kept seeing 3:11 everywhere...Then we just started to have dreams about a car crashing, They were talking about to speak out numbers on Coast To Coast AM. I'll try to find the link.

I'm more intrigued by what you say about seeing the word "Dean" constantly. Apart from the Scrabble incidents, where else have you seen this word pop up?

i was intruduced to a freinds boyfreind soon after it happend he was called dean

i was told by a friend i was in the army with a mate of his called dean had died

i got a junk e-mail from a guy called dean

my kids say dean is in their bedroom with them telling them stories

the scrabble incidents (which spooked me)

a private number plate with d3an outside my house

now im not aying im haunted im not a spooky person but i need to know if this
could be me just paying more attention to whats around me because of what has
happend or is it possibal he is trying to contact me .

Alot of the time you don't notice things until they are brought to your attention. Since you just lost your friend, you probably think about him alot. If you pulled d-e-a-n out of a bag of random letters, I doubt you would even notice it if your friend had never died. Considering you knew your friends time of death, your subconscious is most likely waking you up.
