Whoever made this is soon going to have a lawsuit on their hands, but its still a pretty cool site

I think that's really cool, espeically for the fact when you search for anything it gives you the Google results on the left hand side of the screen and the Yahoo results on the right!! Split-screen - genius

Strictly speaking yes they could be sued but then again they might not be.

Since it is linking back to both sites then it shouldn't be a problem. Also since the copyright is there and whoever made isn't claiming to be their owns then they are also free

However because of the Copyright, if they haven't asked to use both sites then they could have some major trouble on their hands.

But at the end of the day, both sites display nearly the same set of search results as each other, so what is the point in it?

A genius idea though... Put two of the best search engines into one. Look how simple the source code is to... its a wonder someone else didn't think of it already.
