Gee, I don't know the answer to that question. I mean, humans could be considered evil when you really think about it. So trying to put a entirely different race into a good or bad bracket from our point of view is pretty pointless. But to induldge myself here, why don't you put your spin on it?

Have you ever seen a picture of Cheney that doesn't make him look like he's trying to rule the world through some evil elaborate scheme? Or a video of him that doesn't do the same thing? Bush's Presidency reminds me a lot of the President of the Galaxy in Hitchhiker's Guide. The purpose of the galactic president isn't to exercise power, but to create enough controversy to hide that power actually lies somewhere else.
