i think thier Just UFO's and governements shoot them down and steal them and then use them

I dont get how anyone could think the government is developing UFO's... must i remind you people who the president is?

I read Ed Walters book cover to cover and find it very believable but then i did some online research and alot of people are saying that he was a pathological liar although his pictures are very convincing.
Alot of people said that it's probably just a hot air baloon.
