I reard about this years ago, and it still gives me the damn creeps, even though the story is old and might have been altered in some details while travelling from mouth to mouth.

Personally, I agree that something´s fishy. Perhaps did the American government made a fool´s deal by allowing "trade" of DNA for alien technology.
Very hard to tell.

blink.gif blink.gif I too have heard this story. From what I can remember, this is accurate, with the exception that many of the animals had become so hungry that just before they died, they began cannibalism, eating one another in a sad attempt to stay alive. Only they were tied and tethered and it made no difference.

It does seem spooky that something like this could happen. Think back. Does anyone remember the mystery of the settlers of America.

Ranoke Island or somthing like that. An enitre village dropped off and before ships could return, everyone was gone. On a large rock there were some carvings in a language that no person understood or could identify.

Too strange to just be a coincidence, don't you think??? dontgetit.gif

The story is a hoax, it never happened. Read HERE for details.

The fun part of this is that, inevitably, all the stories mention how the Royal Canadian Mounted Patrol still has it as an open file, while, if one checks their website, they actually have an official statement declaring it to be a hoax and no legal file on it is or ever has been open.

yeah, but since when have the facts ever stopped people from spreading a good horror story......

Oh well, I never claimed it not to be fake. As I said, hard to tell.
