Full Version: An Introduction To Articles & Editorials
Unexplained Mysteries Discussion Forums > Other > Web Site & Forum News, Updates & Support
Saru
The Articles & Editorials column, is an new upcoming section of the site that will give budding authors a chance to have their own articles effectively published on Unexplained Mysteries. The column will reside at the right hand side of the main page, which is the currently the most viewed part of the web site.

You could for example, decide to write a bit about your views on whether the Loch Ness Monster is fact or fiction. You could list what you consider to be the top 10 paranormal events of this year, or perhaps write something about why you think a certain photograph is fake or genuine. If you've been to any recent unexplained events, you could write about that too, or if you prefer, you could simply write something on a certain subject that interests you.

You don't need to have been a member of Unexplained Mysteries to have an article published either, so this is open to anyone. Articles / Editorials must be your own work however - please do not copy articles from other sites. ( You may quote from other sources if you wish. )

If you are interested in submitting either an existing article you've already written, or composing something to add to the column, please let me know.

There are also positions available for potential columnists - if you'd like to have your own regular spot, then this could be ideal for you.

Feel free to use this thread for questions, comments and suggestions, or you can E-Mail me at webmaster@unexplained-mysteries.com

If you'd like to submit an article, please send it to the above E-Mail address.

Darn it, just as I'm about to dash off and leave the internet for a spell. Oh well, maybe I'll contribute upon my return.

Sounds like a good section to have on the forum, SaRuMaN. Good work. Good idea. Good heavens.

Update :

The new editorials column is coming on faster than I expected, so it should be up and on-line within the next day or two, featuring a selection of editorials. A new index will also be added to the site that will list all the editorials so that older ones will still be accessable once newer ones push them off the bottom of the column. Each editorial article will also have it's own forum thread for feedback and discussions.
