I say on unexplained paranormal show that there was a bounty on it so I was wondering if there still is one It said it was for one million dollars. Just wondering.

HI Sethman welcome to UM!

I heard there was a bounty on the tasmanian tiger, but chuppy? poor creature sad.gif

Last time I heard about the reward for pics or confirmed evidence that the thylacine exist, they were saying something along the lines of only having a month or two to claim the reward. That was atleast three months ago now so I think it has expired( clearly just a guess though).

P.S. Last time I checked the tazmanian tiger IS the GOAT SUCKER!

??? i thought cupacabra and the tasmanian tiger were different? ones in mexico/US and the others in other side of the world thumbsup.gif

Nobody here is talking about the chupa you brought it up thinking that is what sethman was talking about, but in reality I THINK(I could be wrong and you right?) he is talking about the goat sucker of Australia which is the THYLACINE/Tazmanian Tiger.

The Tazmanian Tiger would go and bite the heads off of sheaps or goats then suck all the blood out of its kill! Hence the Goat Sucker!

Please correct me if im wrong Seth!

Here's a question...why not post this question under the current Chupacabra thread instead of making a new one?
justin
UM heres an answer: Because this has nothing to do with chupa. someone just got mixed up a little.
openmind1963
of all the world's missing/unknown creatures,i think there is a better chance that the tazmanian tiger is actually out there somewhere.we knew it actually existed
at one time, and for it to learn to stay away from man and out of sight is'nt too far a stretch in my book.

Justin, in Spanish, Chupacabra means goat sucker. This thread has the word goat sucker in it. I'm merely tying the two together. Never have I heard of the thylacine being called "the goat sucker."

Sorry Justin, you're wrong there. El Chupcarbra is the actual Goat Sucker. Thats what Chupacarbra actually means.

Theres still a reward, but you'd have a really hard time proving the rotting carcass in a box was really El Chupacarbra.

I know there is a milllion for the Tassie Tiger but not heard of any reward for the Chupa although it would not surprize as I know of 3 countries in South America that have there own police units that solely are concentrating on finding and capturing one.
