when i was 5 or so i dreamt(or at least i think that it was a dream but it dont recall waiking up)this:

i was walking down the hallway and i went to the kitchen, there i could hear a tea-maker (or whatever it's called that thing thatmakes a lot of noise and smoke and it's used to make tea[or boil water,i really dont remember])when i got closer the noise stoped and the smoke "froze" in the air, like the time stoped. then i saw something black from the corner of my eye and according to the house position it was in the hallway. anyway i went into the hallway and there i could see lots of "people in black" the black covered all their body as it were their skin also their eyes were glass like, like lens or gogles that only covered the part where there should be the eyes.
they didn't look frighting or menacing even tought they were all staring at me (i even got past some of them and they would turn just to look at me) they didnt talk but i seem to understand them well. then one of them gave me his hand like he was telling me to go with him. i touched him and we walked a little where he took me to a shiny light, it looked a lot like a portal i went in and the dream ended.

this dream didnt scared me cos those people looked so friendly but still in my life i sometimes see them (mostly at night). they never scare me cos they are look very friendly ( the only one that actualy scared me was one that was tall as an house , faceless, and had his head shaped as a gross boomerang).
i tought that maybe they were just my imagination but i told this to a friend of mine and walked with him at night trough a road and he saw them 2.

anyway i wanted to know if someone ever saw them besides me and my friend (but my friend seemed to see them in just fractions of time, like they appeared and disapeared while i can see them clearly)ever saw them.

One time when I was young, no telling how old I was.. I can remember my mother was cooking soup in the kitchen for us to eat at lunch. My sister who was slightly older was watchin tv, and my father at work. I walked towards my sisters room where I could see a MASSIVE single black shadowish (creature?) being on my sisters bed. It was lying down, and you could see its massive chest rising and falling as if it was breathing. However, i didnt not go to hold its hand, i went to get my mom, when we went back.. Nothing there.

whatever antyone says..DONT SAY SHADOW PEOPLE!!! they are jsut as lame as orbs...where they wearing cloaks? i duno man it sounds like you were having just a plan and simple dream, i have em all the time, like last night i had a dream i was playing a game...a drea is jsut a recollection of past events being sorted in your head, maybe you saw some famil in black at an event and you were jsut sorting it through your head, and they were nice to you becuase they were family and you felt comfortible seeing or feeling the presense of peope you know?

Some believe dreams to be portals to otherly worlds. They are our most dear thoughts and our worst possible fears. I've had dreams that related in ways, but my worst possible dream was one of Lucifer...

I dreamed, for some reason, I was fighting with the devil, Satan... It seemed to last hours, swinging and stabbing, kicking and what not... Near the end, I remember him stabbing me in the chest and twisting his staff or whatever it was, causing tremendous pain... I woke instantly and couldn't breathe due to the emmense amount of pain inflicted upon me... as well as a bloody nose and deep scratches across my back and arms.

There are more to dreams than people give credit to... sometimes in ways that we could never believe.

no they weren't wearing cloacks and they didnt look like smoke (as shadow people look) and i never saw my family in black (2 funerals , and never went to any of them ), also those people in my dreams seemed to be all male and i'm the only boy born in the family for 51 years. also this dream seemed really realistic, not like a normal dream and i could feel the hand of the "pearson" also it was 11 years ago (i'm now 17). i really doubt that it was my family cos i never felt comfertable with them.

also i'm a very shy kind of pearson and i dont feel good going out with people (i prefer to go out at night and see this kind of "creatures" rather then seeing my family)

another thing why i dont tottaly think that they are shadow people it's because of 2 of them that i saw. one that i already mencioned that it was tall as an house, faceless,and with it's head shaped as a gross boomerang, i forgot to say that it's arms were really bigger than it's body and it's skin was more like a burnt brown skin. the other one i saw it at my new house (i moved lots of times during my life)
it was white and didnt hadf arms but had "hands", i say "hands" cos all it's body and it's hands looked like a white simbol with a blue line.

also if u can give explanations for my dreams how do u explain that i can see them in real life?(mostly at night).

I can remember way back when I was like 6 or 7 years of age, I use to have these really freaky nightmares that would keep occurring. I had this dream that I was in the elementary school that I used to go to. And it seemed like everytime I would go to the cafeteria or to the restroom, I would see this black-ghostly like figure in the hallway, just standing there not moving, not doing anything... just monitoring. And it would just freak me out everytime I had this dream. It was like this black shadow-figure, no face or limbs. Everynight, until I was 12 yrs. I would have nightmares of ghosts and other things. It must be the bedroom I was in. Kinda creepy!!!

Well my mom said he seen (when I wasn't even born yet) a shadow like person in her room with a knife on his hand.. it's hard to believe yeah but she said she really seen it, for me the closest I got from what you've benn seeing is a ddream I had about green slime like monsters, everyone turned on those things except me

I remember a reoccuring dream of tall, dark people. They were shadows, but HUGE. I rarely saw their faces, just their hands and arms. One shadow figure would wrap it's huge hand around my body and squeeze me. It was hard to breathe and there was no letting up until the dark thing decided to let me go. Weird thing was it always happened in the same place in my dreams. Outside near the trash cans between two buildings. The surroundings also existed in real life on our property.

those don't sound like shadow people...more like aliens or something.

and most of the shadow people I have seen didn't look like smoke at all...but very solid.

i didnt sayed that they looked like smoke, and the closest that i found to this was shadow ppl (but i'll consider the aliens theory.

Have you ever seen a UFO, or some thing like mothman ect?
They could be the men in black. mabey they did some thing to make yuo forget about them but its comeing back as a dream?

i dont think i've ever seen an ufo (at least not without a television), and plz try not to make fun of this, and i also got one point, that dream hapened to me before the men in black movie so that cant be, lol.

That's interesting. I remember my brother seeing a man clothed in a black robe with a black hat on staring at him. My bro wasn't scared but he did not know what to do but did tell us about it. We blamed the cause on schizophrenia as he was also a heavy drug user. Lateron (several months maybe a year I can't recall that anymore ), a german friend of ours came over for a week and slept in his old room. Now you feel where this is going to but she also saw something which looked like that man dressed in black. I have also met a guy at school who told me about a correlated story to this. I have no idea what to think. I watched out in the night and never seen a thing (It seemed to occur only at night in the cases I heard about) I have seen shadows myself though which shaped themselves to go on for something creepy. But when I took a better look I saw it was just a tree or w/e. I've always been skeptical about it as thinking of visual misinterpetations of a tired system but maybe I'm wrong.

Nevertheless this is rather getting my attention.

I've had the same experiences,usually though they always occur at night time. like when i am lying in bed i'll see these people walking around my room and house (NO its not my imagination) i have seen them staring at me, a few times i just brush it off but i usually turn my bedside lamp on straight away and of coarse there is nothing there when i do this. i KNOW i'm not going crazy i'm not even thinking about the paranormal etc, usually i'm really tired and just want to go to sleep!

Maybe the shadowy figures are aliens? They've probably got somekind of cloaking mechanism in bright light, and when it's dark they save the energy and turn it off? I myself have never seen any black cloaked people. The only one closest was probably when I was around 6 years old. For some reason I rose up from my bed and went to my parents' bedroom, which had a big window to our backyard. I looked outside and saw a black figure at our backyard storage shed trying to open the door. I woke up dad and said there's someone outside. When I looked back the figure jumped over our 1.8 meter wood fence. So of course dad missed it and thought I was just sleepy or summin.

I dont think it was any ET being though, just some guy trying to break into our storage shed, and steal stuff.

I once had a very odd dream. This is what happened:

I was asleep, then I turned over onto my side and saw a bright light. It dimmed, then something walked out. It had a big head, was grey, and about 4 feet tall. It walked over to me and then said that it would take me to places "...Places you have never dreamed of." Then I woke up, with some kind of light reflecting in from my bedroom window. I heard a short whine, then the light went out.

I used to have this dream where in my old house (I was about 5 at the time) I would wear a Superman cloak and all his clothes and then jump down the stairs and fly and then my parents would catch me, maybe it was cos I liked Superman and wanted to fly like him.

These shadow people they could just be your imagination going wild and the dreams could be something you were thinking about throughout the whole time of the day. Maybe you were once a part of this "group" of caped men in your past life.

Last night I was watching Wildboyz on MTV and they were using blow pipes and they were searching for wtaer snakes, well in my dream I was getting attacked by a person with a blow pipe and then I ended up someplace else where people were searching for water snakes

humm... i really doubt that it haves to do with something that i saw and i only heard of shadow ppl about some months ago, but may be, i really dont remember much more of my childhood.

I have recently (in the past few years. im 21 atm) have seen black beings walking about my room and once saw the back end of one walk into my closet. i just freeze up and lay back down right away and go back to sleep.

My room is always very hot so i know when im awake because im sweating and feeling the heat so i know i wasnt asleep.

Also once a few years back i was staying with my mother and her boyfriend who worked all kinds of odd hours. A call came in from his work when i was on the other line with my girlfriend so i took the phone to him( it was late at night and they had gone to bed some hours before). i entered the bedroom and closed the door behind me. standing over their bed was an extremely tall (up to the ceiling) very skinny black being. its head turned slowly towards me and it faded away.

after i regained myself and checked my pants to see if i had wet them, i gave the phone to him and told them what i saw.

I believe in these beings Bahamut. I dont think you were dreaming.

as i grew up from the age of three i hv had dreams....some came true others only
haunt me to this day...have you only had this dream once or constantly....it sounds
like these people represented the unknown and the big one that was taller than the
house may have represented the worst case scenario of your fears....something so
huge and unforgiving....the thought itself is scary.
