So...I really don't know where to start...But it all started out when I was a little girl...That feeling....a intense feeling that someone was watching me, following me...but when I turned around, there were no one behind me. Sometimes in my dreams I ran from something, darkness, and I was so afraid. I cold wake up wet and cold, shaking and confused.
I swear I sometimes saw things...once I was playing with a friend in my room. Then suddenly, from out of nowhere, this big and shivering shadow covered my whole wall. I screamed and turned away, to see if there might be something outside my window that could have made the shadow, of course there were nothing since my room was in 2.nd floor. When I turned around the shadow was gone.
But the weirdest thing is these tiny crystals I see, almost daily. Sometimes I can sit and look out the window and I can see one single shiny crystal (I don't know how to explain them, but they sort of glow, but then again not)...just flow around in the street. Other times there are several of them. But today, as I was washing my hands on the bathroom, there were at least 10 of them surrounding me. I just stood there, thinking that I must have lost my mind, but even though I shot my eyes as hard as I could and hoped they would be gone, they were still there when I opened them again….
I don't feel fear or anything when they appear, but I feel that something is there. Watching me...As I am writing this, I can almost feel something breathing down my neck...Am I going insane? I feel stupid for just writing it down…I have never shared this with anyone before…Actually I have to laugh of my self for being this weird…
Have anyone experienced the same? I have never seen a “ghost” or a figure of something human or anything. It’s like I’m being surrounded by spirits, no shapes, no faces, just their spirits. I don’t feel anything, or “see” anything (like glimpse of anything, like who they were or what they did….) I just see these crystals, and it feels like I am being watched. I hate when people stare at me. This is worse. I feel them inside of me, in my own house. Sighs….I don’t know. I think I would be happier if someone would just tell me to see a shrink or something…But beside all of this, I am pretty normal…
Anyway, it feels good to get it of my chest…
Thanks for listening.

I'm not sure what Irish is going for, but Ima take a stab at this. Do they sort of float around lazily, usually up and down? If so, these may just be floaters. These are tiny air bubbles that just sort of float around in the fluid of your eyeball. They used to weird me out too when I was younger. It's also the reason why they're still there when you close your eyes and open them again.
Now, what's your state of mind when you get the feeling someone's watching you? Are you nervous about anything? Sometimes you can get your imagination going, and it's easy to convince yourself that all sorts of things are going on. Having an intense nightmare like you've described having will also give you a general feeling of dread.

yep, that's called 'Night Terrors', which I have experienced a couple of times, and yes, they can be literally terrifying.

It's like I said...hard to tell what they are...though the "floaters" seem like a reasonable explanation...
As for the ”breathing down my neck" thing...I don't feel any fear or anything. I love scary movies, but they never get me carried away. I sleep like a baby after watching a film like that.
The "bubble" thing appeared not to long ago...But the "sense" of someone being here with me has been with me since I was a little girl. It has never frightened me, or made me feel uncomfortable...I am a very confident person, and seldom get nervous about things, and I have always been open to the more reasonable explanations...I always seek out facts before taking a conclusion about what's the right answer. Or what feels right for me in cases like this
Anyways...some things aren't always meant to be answered....
Thanks for finding out about the "stars"

Ps: the night terror I had was several years ago...when I was a child...I am just trying to set the puzzle right....Maybe there is some kind of connection in all of this...

I haven't, nor ever will, claim to be an expert on the paranormal.
I'd just like to say if you can't solve this, why try?
Will you knowing stop what evers happening? Weather you're being contacted by an alien race, a ghost, or simply paranoid it makes no difference.
p.s- No offence meant, I merely don't like finding meanings in things that won't change..

But how can you know that it won't be solved?

That's half of the fun in speculations....Thinking of all the possibilities
Some thing aren't made to be answrered, but our curious nature keeps us seeking answers anyway. If not; then you wouldn't be on this forum would you

To Spirit of Heaven,
Hi, I'm Lonecat. That feeling of constantly being watched happens to lots of people, including me. Well, maybe I don't CONSTANTLY feel I'm being watched but it is a very frequent feeling and sometimes it is stronger than others. However, in my case it is not overbearing. It is not intrusive and just gives me a comforting sensation of never being left entirely alone. If I were you I would accept this feeling. If it were evil it would have done something against you before now. Feel fortunate and consider it not as staring at you in the back but watching over you, protectively. I think you're lucky to have it. Lonecat

Okay spirit of heaven, granted thats why I'm on the forum (hehe most of my posts are in the gamers board

)
But who decides what it means? We do. If an alien force is sending us messages, it is us that interpret them. If a ghost is giving signs and has unfinished buisness, man will decide they know what it is and claim wisdom
Think about it. Its like searching for the meaning of life
Any meaning we are given will become corrupted, because WE decide on the meanings
*bows*
Back to the topic- I think Lonecats right, anyway. If you're bei9ng watched its not nessercerily a bad thing.
