grin2.gif I, and many others i am sure, would like to learn how to move things with your mind, read other minds, stuff like that. I am not fully convinced this is possible hmm.gif, so i would like to try it to see for myself. THANKS!  thumbsup.gif

Its not that easy.....gifted possess the ability. Maybe you do,
it would take years to succeed depending on your mind capability.

Pratice, pratice, pratice.

Good luck!

I agree. I've noticed more and more threads on the topic of telekenisis, pyrokenisis, ect under the metaphysics category...being the skeptic that I am, I always try and look at both sides of an argument or picture. There may....may....be some way to perform such feats, although I think that as a whole, it is impossible. I try and look for the evidence in claims... I've seen some great answers to questions ranging for the simple to the complex on many threads on this site, but if someone unknowedged in ANY topic posts one looking for an answer(s) and gets nothing back but ridicule and obsecenities, and very little fact in argument of the topic, is unnessisary. I would have no hesitations in saying "I don't think what you're saying is possible, here are X reasons why...or....It seems that there is very little thought put into this thread, it has been covered before in this thread: -link-." When simple topics on threads like this are created, (several times if not more) I have seen more arguments between members, than any actual conversation on the topic itself. no.gif

Just an observation. tongue.gif Nothing meant against anyone.

Actually thats very true. People are either too far gone and believe without question, or are outright convinced it is possible. As a sceptic myself (or believer of facts as I like to think of me) this is why I sometimes find myself unable to explain every time.

Several times people have been given an explanation why some of the claims are not possible, yet they take no time to study that information. When something you say defies physics, biology and pretty much common sense you are supposed to take a step back. Unfortunately that never happens here. All we see is people posting the same things over and over with no regards to any previous discussions.

Sceptics at least take that step by being here and examining those facts with the knowledge base that is widely available, trying to fit those phenomena into a context we understand. If something defies logic at the moment, we try to make room for another possibility without however trashing the whole science of thousants of years of human civilization in the process.

geez, that third picture is the worst fake i have ever seen. if you look closely, you can see that

A. there is no shadow... that just proves beyond a doubt that it is fake. there would be some kind of shadow on the wall or nearby.
B. the lines around the man's body are too straight and do not blend with the picture, clearly showing that the picture was cut and pasted from another.
C. the guy is totally high on something.

So i believe that it is possible because we only use 10% of our mind in our life if we are luck and im not saying i believe eveything i read or hear but TK seems possible.

All the skeptics are good for being here so we dont think everything people say is true but when and why did this thread turn from people wanting info on TK to all the skeptics having side converstaions and saying its not possible. The guy wasnt asking for your opinion, just for some techniques from people who can do TK and unless you can do it there is no point in saying "it is impossible" a lot of different ways.

LOOK with your eyes into your mind, your senses are proof, you influence reality with your mind. pick up a quantum mechanics book, they did a scientific test that proved that we collapse wave functions by simply observing.

My point wasn't to create an argument on skepticism here. It seems my point still rings true though. I would not say that it is "impossible"; I do believe in many aspects of metaphysics. I practice the ways of the IOT, as well as my own, and feel very confortable discussing any aspects of the paranormal and metaphysical. I see telekenisis as being something that has not been perfected in such a way; that people who may have accomplished it have not come up with viable proof for skeptics such as myself, and believers alike. It is best to remain skeptic in my opinion, in order to further understand what has not been presented to you yet in a tangible form. rofl.gif

Could you imagine if there were really people out there moving things with their minds! We'd be living in quite a different world!

Alas, there are not. Stay in school, learn abilities that will actually help you in life!

Thank you, Burnside, for saying what I was thinking.

How many times do we really have to say this. The 10% brain usage is a false statement. What is actually meant by that, is that the capacity of your brain to store and process information stays to about 10% of consious function (relative to other lobes that perform different functions). Please if you want to believe then at least do it right tongue.gif
