I saw a UFO when I was 10, growing up on a farm on the prairie. I was the only one in our family to see it. This would have been about 1950. I was outside doing farm chores. My mother was in the house fixing supper. My father and two other brothers were in the barn, milking the cows.

It was a sphere, roughly pitted, without windows or aerials. A greenish aura played around it, like fire. But it was not burning up. In other words, it was a UFO disguised as an asteroid. It came silently up over some trees about 200 yards away, and maintained a constant height of perhaps 200 feet, and velocity of perhaps 15 mph. It was still daylight. It was traveling due East. Overhead, it made a sudden turn South, without swerving or slowing down. It continued serenely off to the South, at 15 mph, and was soon out of sight. It did not communicate to me. I had no missing time.

I saw something with a friend however we were on our way back from the Pub one night but still in control. We saw an object move across the Sky, as we walked across a field track on our way back from the pub it had no lights and moved relatively slowly, once we actually looked at it and then looked at each other then looked back towards it, it them moved faster than anything I have ever seen. No trail, no noise but it was about 3/4 mile away... it was like it just disappeard.
Another time was in October 9 years ago, me my wife, son and then 7 month old daughter were on a weeks breal in Fintry (Scotland) I had heard about UFO's being spotted in and around the Trossachs before we arrived and I think it is still a hot bed for sightings even today.
It was a lovely week with cold mornings and sunshine throughout the days... I sat on the verande for a couple of nights with whisky looking to the sky. Didn't see a damn thing for about 4 nights of trying. I was playing kerplunk with my son on the lounge florr and had my Baby daughter next to me on a bouncy chair and my wife shouted me to look at this thing in the sky... I thought she was winding me up because whe knew I wanted to at least get a glimpse of one.. I eventually looks and just saw some lights go behind the hills, it could have been anything as I did not see enough of it but within minutes the air was full of activity, helicopters were buzzing around the hills for about an hour.

I said that because I didn't just want to say "No." I wanted to say "No I have never seen a UFO, but I have seen something that would be considered coming from one."

A few weeks back I saw something I could explain, hence a UFO!
I live in a small town on the Southwestern coast of Devon, England. And I live on a hill that overlooks the town.
It was about 11 on a friday night and I was walking from my kitchen, through my dinning room into the front room, when something caught my eye out my large front room window! It was bright and looked like a burning meteorite, (I could clearly see a kind of flaming aurora around it) but bigger than any meteorite I have ever seen and burning with more intensity! But what was strange was the way that it seemed to change course and shoot off into another direction? It all happened so fast that my head was just turned looking out the window and I hadn’t stopped walking. I have no idea what it was, and don’t wish to speculate. But it befuddled me?

I have a side poll to take. I have never seen a UFO, and I believe that aliens have never been anywhere near the earth.
If you have seen a UFO how many times have you taken hallucinigens?
A-Once A Month
B-Twice A Month
C-One A Day
D-Twice A Day
E-As Often As Possible
by the way I have never taken any hallucinigenic drugs.

Yup, I have seen things in the sky I classify as UFO, would these things still be classified as UFOs after some investigation, probably not.
For you who want to see a UFO, just go outside at night, look up at the sky and you are bound to see loads of things you cant explain, thus UFOs, thus this mean that the things you see cant be explained, in 95%+ cases no, most things seen that people call UFOs can be explained as something perfectly natural if investigated.

never been anywhere near earth eh? how the heck would we see UFO's if they were far away from earth? it would have to be one bright and large UFO.

I voted maybe because there are sightings all the time, and therefore without full attention to the sky and the objects in it I could have seen one out of the corner of my eye, and not have known it.

i seen many things streaking threw the sky but they could have been either satelites, planes, meteorites, UFO's... so im not sure
