War Of The Worlds will be the biggest movie of 2005!

It's pretty much the only movie that I am looking forward to this summer. This has been just a crap year for movies. I have been so disappointed in the last Star Wars films that I don't even care about Revenge of the Sith at all. I am just waiting for December so I can see the Goblet of Fire and The Lion, the Witch and theWardrobe.

OMG I can't wait to see War of the Worlds - we have the old film on DVD and I love that - we also have the CD version narrated by Richard Burton.

Definately in the top 5... The biggest movie I think will be a toss up between War of the Worlds, King Kong and Star Wars... As it's shaping up, the top movies of 2005 I can see been:

War of the Worlds
King Kong
Star Wars: ROTS
Fantastic Four
Harry Potter: GOF
Madagascar
Chronicles of Narnia: LWW

I'm tempted to say Batman Begins because for one it's not Marvel but it's gonna be a lot darker and truer to the comic than the original and I think people will be intrigued to see how much better it is... But the last two Batman movies (Batman Forever and Batman and Robin) left a sour taste in people's mouths and that could hold it back... Also outside of the comic community there isn't a fan-ship for Batman like there is for say Superman or Spider-man...

Yeah I was watching the trailer for batman begins and it looks good. I mean it looks a LOT better than the other batman movies. I'm definitley interested in seeing it. Besides I like Christian Bale. Has anyone seen Equilibrium! HA! awesome movie!

Yeah Bale is awesome in Equilibrium. It's a great movie, one of my faves...
