Here's my idea of what would be the funniest hour of television...IMAGINE, Dr. Phil trying to sling his weak a$$ b/s to The Teutul's!!!!! Incase your not with me, I'm talking about Paul Sr. & Pauley Jr. from Orange County Choppers...Can you picture it? I would howl....Dr. Phil would be trying to get 'em to ball and break down and Sr. would be telling him FLAT OUT, STRAIGHT UP >>>>>>>> F/U!!!

You gotta watch OCC to appreciate what I'm laying down. Ya'll with me or what?

The used to be kick-ass animation blocks on comedy central, Sunday nights when I was still in college. They would change the line-up from time to time but it usually consisted of: Dr. Katz, The Critic, Duckman and re-runs of early South Park cartoons (when it was really, really funny). I guess that would be 2 funny hours. Man, I miss those days.

the funniest 30min of tv is when Family Guy is on .

I got to say I can't think of a better one than that!

I used to watch the Critic, and Dr. Katz. I really liked those shows and miss them. One that's pretty good is "home movies" It's like Dr. Katz kinda-animation wise.

Mikey rules! I dunno what I would choose... maybe back to back episodes of Blackadder or Red Dwarf or something or maybe a show combing all the great comedians/comic actors... Peter Kay, Billy Connolly, Ricky Gervais, Simon Pegg, Dave Spikey, Jimmy Carr, Roy Chubby Brown etc...

I agree with you TheCrow, nothing like good old British comedy even though I admit I am partial to a bit of Family Guy ever since the Simpsons grew stale.

I'm big on Brittish comedy too....

But I've always been particularly fond of Monty Python. I can't go past an episode of "Flying CIrcus" for an hour.

ALthough it does get a bit silly so I'd have to alternate with Blackadder/ Red Dwarf/ Fawlty Towers

Also good are the Fast Show, Have I Got News For You and Harry Enfield (the older series not the new one)

I agree with BFG! The funniest hour on TV is Monty Python's Flying Circus. Although,they never get too silly for me! I've watched them for 6 hours straight before. It was a great day.

Have you guys seen the "Surreal Life" where they take washed up celebs and but them in a house and do funny stuff (I love that show). But have you seen "Battle Royale" a Japanese film where 42 high school are put on an island with dog collars on their necks that will blow up in three days, and the only way to survive is to kill one another till the last man (crazy Japanese, but has a lot of social and political commentary and violent as hell a certified cult hit ). Now put them those to together and you get---

"Surreal Royale" where celebs must fight for survival and the last has been to alive might get their fame back.
