Fable
This topic is inspired by the topic yesterday about the small girl who had a recurring dream that ended up being lived out. However, this particular series of dreams differs drastically. Let me see how to start this.

Throughout childhood and into adulthood there was a girl who had a long chain of events play out through her dreams. You wouldn't consider them to actually be recurring because each dream did focus on one particular person, but every time something completely different would happen within that dream. The girl always dreamt of being a warrior, going into battles, waging war. The time period would have been along the lines of 100AD.

She dreamt of these times and places so vividly that it was almost like awakening with the blood still fresh on her hands, or the smell of the land fresh in her mind. She also could recall how to use different weaponry, particually swords. These dreams bothered her to a great extent. Not knowing why they had been with her since as long as she could remember. Some dreams would feature great wars, some would feature different towns and her helping people. She saw friends die in these dreams, and she could feel the power and emotion of this person with whom she shared a connection with.

As time went on they increased in intensity. She didn't know who to turn to so that she could talk to these dreams about. Eventually she stopped mentioning them to anyone until one dream showed "her dream self" being injured by an arrow. She woke up and could feel the same area as if it were still suffering from an injury.

That is about all that I remember reading from a book as well. My question to all of you is what you percieve this to be. Is it possible to have a long unending series of dreams that really indicate something far more complicated? I was always intrigued about this and thought I would bring it up. Tell me what you think.

Well I've had the same dream for 3 months and I don't think it's going to happen(even though it could).

The dream was that me and a guy friend from school(who I happen to think is kinda hott wub.gif lol) won a contest to fly to Hawaii. Ok, so we got on the plane and took off. About half way there the plane wrecked into the ocean. Now let me tell you that I am scared half to death of deep water if I can't see the bottom and there could be things that could eat me in the water!!(Does anyone hear the theme from Jaws?) Everyone got out of the plane and went onto a boat that was passing by. Then we relized that my friend wasn't with us on the boat. So the other people made ME get him. I jumped off the boat and got him, although he wasn't awake...(no he wasn't dead). I couldn't carry him up the boat ladder so they threw me a little yellow one and my friend and I rode on that the rest of the way until I woke up. Now do YOU think that would happen?

and just whose topic is it based on ? You can always mention the name of the, well, let's be honest, amazing person who started that other topic.

As for the dream mentioned in the first post, perhaps the lass had a vivid imagination. That and the thing that sc.ws up minds known as the television can make seriously weird dreams.
