me, my mom, and my 2 sisters went to austin last month and we stayed at a hotel that was right next to cemetery. I never went in cuz I couldn't find the entrance and there was a chained fence seperating the hotel parking lot and cemetery ground. Staring through the chained fence, some of the head stones dated early 1900s. the second night of staying there, I grabbed the digital camera and took my sister outside. I started taking pictures through the holes in the fence. many just came out pitchblack and when i try to brighten them, they look washed out. but there was one pic that wasn't enhanced or brightened.

now in the top right corner, that was part of the chained fence, it's nothing!!! but the flash relfecting on the fence created a haze throughout the whole pic. it may or may not have something to do with the face we caught in the picture
the first link is the pic, the second i circled what i see....

Either I'm blind or you've got a very vivid imagination.

Sorry but I don't see a thing in that picture. hmm.gif

Hmm. I suggest you don't look too much into these kinds of photos. When you take a photo of darkness with a camera that has a flash, you get these weird mixed-up colourful pixels, seen especially when transferred onto a computer.

Fully hoping to see something, you would naturally see a face (or several) with the psychedelic patterns formed. I'm not trying to say that this is exactly what has happened here, only informing you that this is a bigger likelihood than seeing an actual ghostly form on a photo. thumbsup.gif

Anyone else have any thoughts on it? hmm.gif

i think it's nothing.. you set yourself up to look for something that wasn't there, therefore you see something that is not there.just your mind playing tricks. just an opinion. no offense

I have to agree with everyone on this one. It is just a lens flare. The fact that your flash caused the air to get foggy is because the light from the flash is reflecting off the fence you pointed out. It was too bright, too close to the lens.

Regardless.. welcome to UM Malicious!

What a joke! Not to belittle the poster, but those have to be the worst attempt at proving a ghost I have ever seen. And thats saying alot. no.gif

What you've pointed out looks like a headstone to me.

sorry. I really don't see anything. A little too hopeful, on your part, I think.

If I really try, I can see several faces in that picture. But unfortunately none of them is real. tongue.gif
