THE HOUSE I LIVED IN A FEW YEARS AGO IS HAUNTED. I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT THINGS ABOUT THE HOUSE BUT I HAVE NO LUCK AT ALL. MY AUNT LIVES IN THE HOUSE NOW. HER KIDS SEE LOTS OF THINGS. IF ANY ONE HAS INFO ON HOW TO FIND OUT THINGS ABOUT THE HOUSE OR HOW TO FIND OUT WHO IS THE GHOST , I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW..

Perhaps if you contact the council of your district? they may have filed history of the house.

Also do some research into the land on which the house is built. Sometimes it is not the house itself but the property on which it was erected. My own home was built on the site of an old mill and I believe that most of the disturbances we've experienced pertain to the old mill.

Most town or county records are public domain and you should be able to search through them. Also, check your nearest library for archived newpapers dating from around the time the house was built and earlier, for any unusual happenings.

Usually, at the local court house or city hall, they have original documents pertaining to titles and deeds (publicly accessible). They should have the entire history of the property there. Get owners' names and property history (what was there before the residence). Then, head to the library to search through newspapers/microfilm. Look for whatever names you found.
Method
Check into the houses history, second get a foundation expert to look to see if theres anything wrong.

You could also try the local library. They usually have the local papers stored away. You could check for anyone dying at your address.

You could get a Ouija Board...
and ask it why there are ghosts in there..
the spirits that dwell within the ouija
are both very wise and powerful...
they will reveal many secrets to you

Now that was rude! Maybe you should practice using capitals, periods and complete sentences before resorting to telling other people how bad their typing skills are. Yes it is always annoying to see all caps but you could have nicely said "Please don't type in all caps. Many people find it annoying."

That was completely uncalled for...

Yes it was. There is no reason to be so rude, especially to a new member.

Anyways, back on topic. In addition to checking out the history of the house, you may want to consider having a professional ghost studier person or whatnot come into your house and have a look around. They usually should have good equipment to check it out with. OR, the more dangerous solution to your problem is to use a Ouija board. But try and make that the LAST thing you do, because it may be very dangerous. It may not.

it also may help if you try and explain some the "hauntings" you or others have seen or heard.

Don't use a ouija board, you'll just give yourself grief. no.gif

How about getting in a psychic to find out who the spirit is.
As it's been all family members who have felt the ghost maybe it's someone attached to your family not necessarily with the house.

That was pretty rude qusar.
