Ok basically ive got a new kitten and shes needs a name.
Now ive chosen a name already for her but me and my mum are still fighting about it so ild like your thoughts..
I want to call her Tux or Tuxie short for Tuxedo because she is black and white she has white paws and chest the rest of her is black and i think she looks like shes wearing a tuxedo.
But my mum on the othr hand is unoriginal and wants to call her something tipical like bow or something girly and tipical!
Heres some pictures tell me your thoughts...

Oh she is so cute.

I want a kitten too just like that one. I like Tuxie too. But maybe something like
Blackie
Beauty
midnight
moon
what color are her eyes?
I don't think you should name her something common. She is too beautiful. But these are common names
Sky if her eyes are blue

I also got a black and white kitten recently. Gotta love them
As for naming your cat, I would suggest finding a name that goes with her personality.
It might even take you a few weeks until you two can get to know each other. I wouldn't rush a name. But when you find it, you will know. It will just feel right (well at least that is how it is with me).

such a loss to a lame name......

Hey RA,
Just call her Tux anyway, I think it's cool and so long as you call her 'Tux' more than your mum calls her 'Bow' then she'll think that's her name.
Besides, after you tell everyone the cats name is Tux, they'll be really disappointed when they find out she's really called Bow and call her Tux instead
OR, you could call her Bow-tie! Then it still fits in with the Tuxedo theme

very true!
i had a friend that named his cat t-bird, but we all called it stinky bumper-bait (long story and not what you are probably thinking). anyway, it eventually ended up coming to stinky and not responding to t-bird.

I wouldn't suggest calling her "Bow-tux" because it sounds like some kind of plastic surgery thing.
