I am not a big fan, but I meet the girl who plays Hermoine at a gig in Camden. She is very small. My other friend tried to chat her up previously but when he asked for her number, she said she didn't have a phone...

lol nice... I used to be obsessed! I had read each of the books like 50 times. Then I just sort of grew out of it

Of course i'm still gonna see all the movies and read the books coming out... but I dunno if I'm gonna like it that much

Ouch! That must have been a kicker.
I love Harry Potter - read all the books and seen all the films - I can't wait for the next film/book - you can
NEVER grow out of Harry Potter - I am 31 years old and I still feel the magic when ever I submerge my self in the world of wizards.

I got into the books after I saw the first movie... My brother had all the books currently out at the time so I started reading them and loved them...
My fave book is GOF, although OOTP is really good and I love the time travel ending of POA and my fave movie is definately POA, which is a great film despite a couple of changes, although I think that will change to GOF when that comes out later this year.
Can't wait for July 16th... I've got my copy of HBP pre-ordered from WHSmiths where I work for a guaranteed price of £9.99 instead of £16.99

I am glad ron is a comedy character, but then again enough of the characters are jokes.

Does that price go for customer pre-ordering or just employees?

It goes for customer pre-ordering... You pay a 1 pound deposit and get it for £9.99, although I think it was suppose to have stopped back at the begining of May. My store are still taking pre-orders though so if your asking because you are interested in pre-ordering it then your local WHSmiths store may or may not be doing it... Other shops may be doing something similar though, I think Waterstones are but I'm not sure.

Me too. My husband read the first book and was all excited that it was coming out on film. i saw it, loved it, and thought it'd be cool to read the next book before it came out at theatres. Now I'm 100 times the fan my husband is. yay! Harry Potter!

I'm a Harry Potter fan as well. Not a huge fan, but a fan nonetheless.
I've read the books and I think Goblet of Fire is the best so far so, I'm looking forward to that movie.

They now think the plot for the next book has been leaked. In a village very close to the village where it is being written (or something stupid like that), everyone is taking bets for who dies. I think people are saying it was leaked that Dumbledore will die.

Me and my friends were the biggest Harry Potter geeks ever at primary school. We kinda obsessed over it. I haven't read the books for ages, but I will do before the new one comes out. I prefer the books to the films though, I like using my imagination.

Yeah I read that in the Sun

But it could be true...
**Possible Spoilers**
They was also one person who placed a £1000 bet on Dean Thomson been the HBP and you don't make those kind of bets based on guess work...

As much as I love to read, I was never that big of a fan of the Harry Potter Books; I always loved the movies though. With all this talk about it, I think I'm going to wind up reading and buying the books soon though..
