I think sex is something that should be shared between two people who are in love. If they are in love then why do they absolutely have to get married? What if they can't?
Life doesn't revolve around sex, but sex shouldn't be viewed as some "oh my dear gawd, don't speak anymore of it!!" topic.

I've posted elsewhere on this, but the marriage ceremony is just a man made construct. Marriage however is a personal thing between man, woman and God.
There is nothing wrong with sex between a couple that consider themselves married, but when/if that couple breaks up? To God they are divorced. They can't just find new sex partners and claim they are in love again. They are breaking God's law then.

I see others on here making comments about divorcing after marriage is worse, dadadada! But don't anyone beleive in true love? Loving the person no matter what comes after marriage. Don't anyone realize that if you had a child with this person and didn't stay with that person, that that is the excuse you would tell the other person and your child--that you needed to see the body before marriage. Isn't that what growing old together and learning new things is all about. I mean grant ya I'am not saying I'am married. I've been with my partner for 3 yrs. and have a daughter together and I beleive it is wrong and hope to get married once we are settled down, especially since we just bought a home. But the whole idea of, I need to see the body & sex abilities before marriage is just shallow. I can imagine it now 'Honey, by the way I need to see how good you are in bed before we marry, then that will tell me if I can keep loving ya to marry ya'. --Most likely most people wouldn't tell they're fiancee that but hey why not? Honesty and truthfullness. But hey most people lie thru they're lives for no reason and most lie to they're spouses or partners. So ya I can't see that statement above being said to a spouse, but yet you'd be being dishonest.

I'm not actually married. It's one of those 15 year engagements, I might be a cheap floosie and sleep with my man before marriage, but I can still play hard to get
Sex before marriage is fine. So long as your doing it with somebody who doesn't mind becoming a parent. Sex with an immature git who is going to run at the first sign of commitment, now that's wrong.

Sex before marriage is totally acceptable in todays world and I see no problem with it. Now in defense of no sex before marriage lets look at how good sex can confuse a person(s). The act of sex can be an overwhelming experience so over whelming a person can confuse it with love? This could result in a very bad marriage and if children come along matters only get worse. My wife and I spent a great deal of time "getting to know" each other long before we crawled in bed with each other. In fact we actually spoke those words "I Love You" before our first sexual encounter! Both of us were not virgins in fact we both had children from previous relations or marriages. We didnt let great sex confuse our minds and thus were learned to TRULY love the other. We now of course are married and teh sex we have is more intense than either of us have ever known. We learned how to "Make Love" and after several years together I can boast we still act as thugh we are Newlyweds! Am I againist sex before marriage no of course not but I am in favor of learning about each other first! It makes teh sex MUCH more enjoyable!

I believe love should be there also. This is the most important thing in a relationship. Sex before marriage I have had it but I want to love the person I engage with. Thus love first before making sweet love.
As I fall in love with my man I want him to fall in love with my soul then my sex appeal.

if you are a legal adult, and if you are using protection againgst, sexual diseases, and birth control, sex is ok!i have a 16 year old daughter, who is maybe the best looking girl in her school, and sooner or later she's gonna deal with adult decisions, including sex,and i have told her the same thing.i do'nt know if you are male/female,but when you start having sex,it should be in a place you are comfortable in,like a bedroom,or house, and not in the backseat/front seat of a car.
remember, when you have sex,you are responsible for the results of it,good or bad.

I was joking. I see there is no sense of humor. On the serious side , I would never marry someone without having sex with them. They could not like sex for one thing. Many differences could be there and you would not know them until it was too late. Sex is the glue that helps marriages stay together, if it is bad, divorce or cheating is inevitable.

Right.I think it is kind of strange that people think lust=love. If sex is the only thing that keeps your marriage together what would happen if you choose not to have sex?

I know what you mean. But I think there's something wrong in your sentence.
Is it supposed to mean:
Blindness or incapable of erection?
Everyone would choose capable of erection if the other option would be blindness, you know.
I'm guilty. It was a spelling mistake.I really should stop giving grammar lessons.

Well blindness from taking viagra and have an erection and be blinded or no happy little general? What's scary is,that there are people who would choose the first option.
PS. I don't want to sound like my teacher, but the second blinded-part is unneccesary.
