Don't be silly. The earliest record of the teletubbies only goes to the Rennaissance, where one can see them in the background of famous paintings.

Edgar Cayce in his readings claim that it was an ancient race that created the Sphinx and aided in the design of the great pyramids. He said survivors from Atlantis came into Egypt and for aiding refugees they promised to share their technology to build temples and pyramids, which the AE perfected.

Mmm, I see the oint now (hehe). Then I'll say that several of the peoples in your list could have done that. The Babylonians and the Egyptians are my guess, since my knowledge on the other african peoples is not good enough, and the Greek mathematical science was importantly influenced by (and posterior to) the Aeegyptian sciences.
Both the Babylonians and the Egyptians had a mathematical and geometrical science good enough for them to design the pyramids.

I'm really lacking solid knowledge on ancient history. It isn't even taught in Spanish schools. But I find it so exciting, even without aliens

From our XXI occidental society sometimes it's difficult to accept that people who lived thousands of years before we did were as intelligent than we are, and knew more things than we do -I'm not saying a babylonian knew more about maths than today's experts, but their knowledge on certain thinks was higher than mine, for instance. Their sacerdotical-cientific elite had spent hundreds of years studying the stars, calculating and measuring... it's sensible to think that they must have got something out of it. An example of ancient high science: the Greek Eratostenes was able to measure the Earth's circumference measuring the shadows. I, millenia further from him, wouldn't be able to do that.
