So how many mistakes have been made so far?

I mean how do we actually know. Some people show no change in the way the act. This is so blinding we don't see the guilt or innocence. But if we didn't have justice we would have anarchy. w00t.gif

If we had anarchy we wouldn t have corruption.

But doesn't corruption cause the anarchy? hmm.gif

nay...

the opposite of justice is not anarchy!

Anarchy=No power.No power=No corruption.Survival of the fittest,not of the most.

What is it then hyper? Democracy? Ha! w00t.gif

Let us say we have a child who spits all the time. This child will never quit spitting unless it is disciplined. So how do these rapists and murderers quit "spitting" if they don't get disciplined?
SnakeProphet
By spitting at them...harder.
Mr Ed
I think that serial child murders/rapists, who are in complete posession of their minds and were not abused as a child, should be put in a prison where everyone knows what they've done.

ian huntleigh should be taken out of isolation, so he can get murdered.

humans are wicked things, but u got to start somewhere.

For those who might not know jail in america has gone soft, with tv for inmates, real food, bums commett federial crimes just to have a hot meal and a dry bed.
im not a real big fan of the death penalty no matter what the crime,
but im all for more harsh punishments. too many people get away with a slap on the wrist, if there was a harsher punishment like , oh say caining, u could pritty much bet they'll never do that agian.
jaill is alittle to soft for me, the cell should be cold and damp and u get bread and water.

justice is supposed to provide for the equality of all....
anarchy also provides for the equality of all...

the opposite of justice is tyrany, injustice,..... any system that gives favour to one over another.

bu such an example, the US is not a just nation because money buys privilage... if you have enough money, you can get away with just about anything (i say just about because something big enough, public enough would demand draw enough attention to demand "justice" from the people)
Gabriel
as long as u have a lawyer that knows his loop holes u can end up free as oj.

public outcry does change somethings, but not enough of the time.

When you get leather wet (Glove+blood) it will shrink. thumbsup.gif

That was the worst debacle I've ever witnessed. A leather glove, that had been soaked with blood, and allowed to dry in an evidence bag for how many months?

Then the poor persecuted defendant puts on a rubber glove, and attempts to put the glove on over it. Ms Clark definately dropped the ball in that case.

"Not abused as a child"????
Why can't people take responsibility and ownership for their own actions?
The victim mentality creates the victim reality.

Do two wrongs make a right?

Jesus once said to those at a stoning...

"Whom ever is sin free, can cast the first rock."

No one would say they were sin free, so they one by one left, and he let the woman go.

Agreed! I think the prosecution was poorly prepared in many ways, because they imagined this case a slam dunk. Given the live "Bronco chase" that would seem to have indicted OJ to everyone watching, even before the trial. (And that would have been almost all of California, btw! blink.gif )

Walken I love your response. This is something I have been waiting to hear. grin2.gif I agree Jesus probably wouldn't agree to killing for justification also. But what the government does is much different. Who knows. I believe there is scripture to back up the death penalty even in Romans. I will check.,
